Words cannot encompass how terrible this place is, but I will try my best. Although the post office is housed in a beautiful 1900s Victorian style building, the pace of the service here would warrant anyone to boycott this place. Maybe it’s the budget cut to the staffing level or just the lack of decent human empathy, but the line is always excruciating long and slow paced. I’ve had experience with this place for 10+ years, and nothing have changed, it seems time have not defeated this place (nor its management style). Heed my advice….avoid at all cost.

DANIEL needs to be fired. Worst employee ever. I told him I had QR codes to scan for the packages and he replies with “I don’t care” and when I explained to him that he can scan the codes with the scanner then he shut up. And he was also very rude and waved his finger in my face when I was trying to ask a question. Every other usps except for this one I’ve had a good experience with. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE LINES ARE ALWAYS 50 people long. But the worst thing is the rude and disrespectful employees, why would you have an employee who tells your customers “I don’t care” to something as simple as scanning QR codes of a pre paid shipping label.

Do expect your packages to be lost. They don't put any effort into delivery. More then once I had to stand at my door for hours just to make sure my package aren't just dropped on the floor in the open for anyone to take. I tend to buy small things that should fit in the mailbox like lipstick or cd or paper 8x11. but the senders may sometimes use a big packaging. If the mailbox is inaccessible you'd think to leave a note so I can go pick it up at the post office. Even after requesting from management, no note was left just to say on tracking re-attempt to deliver the next day?! If the item is too big to fit mail box and its not accessible the first time how will it be the 2nd time? I already had one of my CD package got stolen due to leaving things in front door.

Worst service ever. Come here if you are willing to spend 1+ hours on line. There are 7 service windows, only 2 open. The people working here have such an uninterested attitude, they take forever to assist a customer. Also the people working here are disrespectful and lack compassion to the elderly. One star is too much for this place. Place is super dirty too. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I am here since 8:15 am to avoid crowds,4 ppl in front of me and 5 ppl behind me.Opening time was at 8:30 am and guess what?? One window was opened out of7 windows. Wow, how nice!!

got there around 8:40 and only have 2 staffs with longest line ever seen in my life. How you put two staffs in the most busiest area in queens.

If I can give 0 star to write this review This is the worst post office ever . Every staff has attitude always long line and drop off box is not working I try to ask the staff a quick question they will ignore you if you don’t want the same experience please don’t come

Can I give it less than one star? Please don’t go to this post office if you know what’s good for you. There’s another one further north past northern boulevard. Please, this place deserves 0 stars why is it at 1.8 dear god there are too many merciful souls.

This post office NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP. This post office wasn't this bad as it is now. The workers here act like they have the worse job in the world. Let me know if you don't want the job and I'll gladly replace you. Seriously this place should do a course on customer service. It's awful. They have no care in the world. If you're able to get to another PO go to another.

A very poor service uncooperative staff which were so rude and didn’t even help if you ask them to give a little thing like stapler! Specially a person name Daniel was so racist and dealing with racism and color and othe girl who was working have curly hair was so uncooperative and unprofessional too! Really disappointed at the service gave to the people! So so super bad experience! This bracnch should have new more professional people !

0 stars because priority flat rate boxes are free . first they hide away all the free packages so the free blue cardboard package shelf is entirely empty and they have a sign saying you have to ask so this is not a case of it being sold out they deliberately make it empty and when you wait in line and ask the lady behind the counter try to scam you by making it believe you have to buy their brown cardboard boxes selling other packages $17+ instead of offering the free packages they have already at this point i was frustrated and mad they tried to pull a fast one i'm yelling and i had to demand for the free priority flat rate packages that they keep on the free blue packages shelf and she wants to act d*** like free packages don't exist . finally she hands me the packages i asked for after yelling at her nice scam sales tactic trying to scam chinese foreigners because they don't know english or something ? nice try but it don't work on me you got the wrong one . usps priority packages are free
