If a cigar has unintentionally dried out, or won't draw easily, they'll give me a new one, no questions asked. “It's 3am Jan. 3, 2023. I'm a repeat customer and never had any issues with this store or any of it's employees except for today. First, I went to the Burger King/Sunoco across the street to get a bottle of water first before going here, then I called to ask if they were open, they said, "yes", then I asked if they had any of the Fume Vapes, the guy said, "no." Anyway, I walked across the street into their store, the guy behind the counter watched me walk in and I never moved anywhere near the refrigerators and stood in line and waited patiently for him to check out the customer there before me. Then I asked the guy that wasn't behind the counter if they had any Fume Vapes, he said, "yes, what flavor?" So I told him the flavor and he gets it for me and then I pay for it and then guy behind the counter asks, "you want the water too", I said, "no, I brought this in with me." And I left.So first of all, you lied to a customer (me) on the phone about an item you know you have, but then when that customer (me) comes into the store, you have what they're looking for?That's not good customer service. Please do better.”

“This lotto/smoke shop was renovated not too long ago. It use to look dark and dingy. Now they have changed their display cases and also exterior of the store. It looks great. This store is pretty busy for lotto. It's right under the Long Island Railroad station on Continental ave. I hope these guys stick around in the area. Many of these mom and pop shops on Austin and Continental ave have been shutting down due to increased rent.”
