Store management really needs to work on outside front appearance. Landscaping (bushes in front of parking lot) is out of control . It is overgrown and filled with trash . If this a landlord responsibility call him to task. Otherwise a well run and good looking store and Staff are pleasant.

I came at 10:08PM and it says they're open until midnight. I go to the store entrance and a worker says they're closed! I asked if I could go just grab one thing and he says "No" and shuts the door on me. RUDE and I will NOT be back!

The pharmacy is almost always run efficiently compared to neighboring ones. Everyone there is always willing to help me out. Phones are answered with staff being kind and always answering my questions. Medication is available promptly and they've helped me in numerous situations to expedite orders. I always come here and plan on using them for all pharmaceutical needs.

1 star is being generous. This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. The store is nice and no issues in store but pharmacy is a different world. I question the level of competence in the pharmacy staff. They are rude, poor communicators and non efficient.

If I could give zero stars to the pharmacy I would. Don't get your meds sent here. The wait time/customer service is absolutely ridiculous as well as in the drive through. I've been on the phone for 40 minutes and they have gotten through one caller. What are you even doing. Twiddling your fingers and playing with the medication? This is why you guys have the worst reputation

Absolute worse drive thru!! Waited 30m at the drive thru line to get to the window, another 7m for them to attend to the window to tell you to come back in 20m!

It never fails when I come to this Walgreens I either have to wait entirely way too long for something that should be a quick stop OR they mess up an order I placed for something. Recently I've been in 3-4x for photos for an event. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There is an issue with my photo order. They can't find it. It has to be reprinted. I'm asked to send the order again. Meanwhile this last time I placed the order days ago and was told it was ready, but when I walked in today... same story, can't find it. The last 2-3 photo orders has been for THREE pictures each time. Each time I'm told it's ready. Each time I get there and they're all clueless to where it could be and either reprint the order or ask me to resend it. It's just ridiculous. Not to mention every single time I've been in over the last 3 years they only ever have one cashier and a line of 6 or 7 people. I'm not one to review until it gets bad, but today was the last straw. Management or the owners need to figure it out because I know I haven't been the only one upset with this location lately.

BUYER BEWARE because Walgreens condoning FALSE ADVERTISING AND Deceiving customers. I purchased a pair of JVC Powerful Sound Headphones with built in Remote plus Microphone for my dad only to open the box and the Remote was missing. I called back to the Brooklyn New York store immediately spoke to the same manager that I had seen when I purchased it she told me she was going to open up another box she ended up opening up three more JVC boxes and she said none of them have the remote inside even though it says on the outside of the box it does so she said the only thing I can do is to give you your money back sauce if that's fine I'll be there tomorrow since now it's raining here in New York I suppose something else needs to be done about this I said because this is like False Advertising, all I can say to any customer that's ready to shop inside of Walgreens once you get to the counter with whatever your item maybe make sure and you pay for it make sure you open it up right then and there because now I see that Walgreens are condoning false advertising to help to deceive their paying customers. My father is 83 years old and he's a totally blind individual he really relied on these particular headphones that could help him answer his phone now and I have to let them know that Walgreens deceived the both of us with false advertising them or you open up the box it's not in there in the store in the corporate office that I called pretty much told me it was nothing that could be done about it except giving you my refund yes I'm going to get my refund but it should be saying something like we're going to make sure all of our boxes have the item inside or we gonna pull them all off of our shelves until the company JVC make sure they're all inside before they ship until stores that's what the corporate office Should have said but that's not what they said some very disappointed and Walgreens especially since they are in my neighborhood it's bad when you can't even trust your neighborhood local pharmacy

They text to inform you that your prescription is ready for pickup. Don't go between 1:30&2. They are out for lunch.

This location has gone to the dumps over the years , cashiers are not the same friendly staff, management sucks everybody is rude as heck and does not care about any customers , pharmacy is horrible i called on 2 lines was on hold over 40 minutes i was next caller they would pick up and put the receiver down on the desk for 5 minutes then put you back on hold , i called on a different line to speak to store manager the excuse he gave me was they were busy doing covid vaccines , um staffing for vaccines should be different then your pharmacy staff they were neglecting their duties as pharmacist to give vaccines and ignore customers who need medication does not sound right , the staff in this pharmacy has been a problem for years even before covid they have been clueless and rude , they call and say prescription is ready you arrive at drive through they say its not ready come back then why did you call me and say it was ready the answer we never called i said here is the voicemail i must be imagining it then i guess . All around this store went from great to horrible, seasonal items used to be the best at this store whatever the holiday it maybe they had a massive stock of items , Christmas, Halloween , Easter , New years ,Valentines day ,Mother's Day , Fathers Day . You name it they had it. Now hardly anything ever since the merger with Riteaid this happened . Very disappointed with this store .
