Well they been had my clothes for almost a year now they was supposed to pick up 2 bags but the driver took 4 bags I told him 2 when I wasn't looking he took all 4 bags and when I called to them am told them he wasn't supposed to take all 4 they still haven't reached out to me but yet they want me to pay 350 for it and this is not the 1st time I used they service sad

Ordered online service on Saturday. Suppose to come pick up the clothes between 4-7pm but didn't show. Called them at 730pm and finally show up at 830pm. They accepted my order to have it delivered back to my place the next day on Sunday around 4-7pm so this is what I expected. Didn't get my bag of laundry back the next day. Tried to reach them multiple times at night but no answer.
Finally got a text from them the next day on a Monday morning that they will have it delivered around 7-9pm. They said the driver was off on Sunday so that's why they couldn't deliver the clothes as promised. But as a business, I definitely expected some level of professionalism and communication.
Not my first time ordering online laundry service but this is the worst experience by far. Will not ever come back .

It’s Friday February 21st 2025 I just ordered from this location with uber eats,i ordered a 4 piece combo meal and i ordered spicy,the chicken wasn’t even spicy and the chicken wasn’t even full cooked i could’ve still tasted the flour in the meat and fries what a waste of money

Besides the fact that multiple washer and dryers are always out of order, the male manager that works in the morning is disrespectful and rude! Do yourself a favor and go to a better laundromat.
At this point I will have to go to Long Island for quality services bc unfortunately this place along with neighboring laundromats do not meet basic standards!
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! I know I will bc respect is something that is required in order to get my business especially when I never disrespected you.

Do not use for pick up and drop off. This summer I had a very expensive dress come back with a huge inkstain and I just let it go because things happen. This week I sent 4 bags of laundry. Three with notes to hang dry and one bag that had a $250 jacket to be dry cleaned. I got the jacket back washed and ruined. The driver admitted to seeing my note then lied to his boss that he didn't see it. They are accusing me of not putting the note in. Mysteriously they say every note except for that one. I didn't even get my actual bags back.Do yourself a favor, use a service that won't ruin your clothing then deny it. They basically called me a liar when I know that I gave clear instructions. It's infuriating to lose over $450 worth of clothing and get thr equivalent of a shoulder shrug, well too bad.
