“Very kind and straightforward. They helped me fix/modify my pendant which was only the eagle. The eagle itself was a gift which I like but the wings were too sharp which made it uncomfortable to wear. so I thought of adding a circular backplate to give it a coin/medallion look and made it comfortable for my everyday wear. They observe what I was looking for and gave me an estimate and was very professional. I would highly recommend. They also have other selection as well.”
