“Martha is amazing! Excellent customer service and fair pricing. Sold several pieces of gold I wanted to get rid of/stopped wearing. Know the sell price depends on the market but was pleasantly surprised at the amount of the exchange. Converted a chain into a bracelet and ankle bracelet. Got links removed on a bracelet with baguettes for a better fit. Very fine, thin broken chain was repaired seamlessly along with an earring with a broken clasp. Converted flat back earrings into post earrings, and a diamond wedding band into a pair of custom design earrings (see pic) and charm. The earrings are so well made and just gorgeous. Top tier craftsmanship. Had a 1ct princess cut band with 11 stones. 2 jewelers actually turned me down in getting the ring converted to something else b/c square stones are, apparently, really difficult to work with. Martha not only accepted the work but exceeded my expectations with the final product. So happy with them! Definitely keep this place in mind, especially for custom work and repairing fine pieces.”

“I went to Jumping Jack today to change my watch battery. I used to work at a department store selling watches, so I never needed this service before. I checked online and saw the reviews and the location is near me, so I decided to try it. So glad I did. I paid $5 for the new battery, and the person, Igor, is very friendly and nice. He is a people-person. It truly is a watch specialist store, they mostly sell watches of all different kinds and do repairs on watches, so I will be back for all my time-keeping needs.”
