Very disappointed. I’ve been shopping here for years and had the most DISGUSTING experience with an employee named Chloe. Very unprofessional and hostile behavior. No mannerism at all. I’ve witnessed how other customers were treated as well. Refuses to help customers and tells them we don’t have this and we don’t have that while other employees simply help to find the same items that you’re looking for. I appreciate the help of everyone else in there especially the sweet young ladies at the cash register. I’m not surprised that others also experience the same in the review section.

I visited this Windsor location on Black Friday, and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees working at the fitting rooms. I’ve shopped at Windsor several times and I usually love this store, but this time the customer service was truly unacceptable.
I was in a bit of a rush because I had to get to work, and I simply asked the fitting room associate if the dress I wanted was available in a size S. Instead of helping me, she responded with “Are you sure you looked correctly?” and then repeated, “Did you really look at it?” in a very rude and condescending tone. I work in customer service myself, and I would never speak to a customer that way. Her attitude felt disrespectful and completely unprofessional, especially when I only asked one simple question and she wasn’t even busy at the moment.
Thankfully, the cashier who helped me at checkout was very kind and polite — she was the complete opposite of the fitting room employee. I still purchased the dress because I needed it for an important event, but if it were based solely on the way that fitting room employee treated me, I would not want to come back.
I hope management addresses this issue, because customer service matters. No customer should be treated with attitude or made to feel like they’re bothering an employee for asking a basic question.

Me and my friends were shopping for prom dresses and this big back bobinsky built character was following us around the store like we werent literally trying to find stuff. She made us feel very uncomfortable.

The manager Besty was soooo helpful while I was there. She didn’t hesitate to go to the back and check sizes for me. She was so sweet, wish every place had someone like her. Oh and the shoe we picked looked sooo good on my feet. Thanks betsyyyyy

They can really use a very rude voice to talk to customer. And the manager likes to talk shit and make fun of me behind my back. I really had terrible experience to go shopping there.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Betsy is extremely rude. She shoves her way through the store without apologizing to anyone. Her attitude was horrible. Definitely my last time purchasing anything here. All the employees seem miserable.

Sherica was so helpful and patient with my daughter who was looking for a dress for a school dance. She offered many suggestions and different styles until my daughter found the right dress. very sweet salesperson.

i went in today and these two ladies in the front were extremely rude to me for no reason, and they make everybody else miserable, they should get fired!! can’t even ask a simple question, no respect, they can’t even do their jobs right.

The ladies that work in this store (except Victoria) are extremely rude and disgusting. They do not want to help you and only care if you’re buying something. The same lady who didn’t want to help me and has a nasty attitude was the same person who ran to the register to check me out to get the sale. I purchased heels and a dress and they refused to even give me the box for my shoes because they “just can’t” and they only give it with some shoes which I know is a lie. They also have their shape- wear selection next to the register and while I was browsing one of them came up to me and yelled at the top of her lungs “YOU CANNOT BE OVER HERE WHAT DO YOU NEED” when all I was doing was looking for a size. The staff here will definitely run the store sales down. The only reason I did not put my stuff back was because I needed a dress urgently. Very disappointed in the way I was treated.

Great variation but they let people come in and out of the fitting rooms, how am I supposed to try on something if they let 3 people in there and let them come and out, shouldn’t take that long to try a dress in a non peak day and hour. None of the sales associates are attentive either. Been there dozens of times and have never been asked if I need help, I ignore it but shows lack of professionalism in the store.

Apparently headbands are considered jewelry and are not eligible for return. No one mentions that when you purchase though. Cheap clothes and goods yet overpriced! Avoid unless you’re desperate!

This location is absolutely rude and the customer service is terrible. That women hiding was so intimidating and made me completely uncomfortable. She needs to be at a chipotle not a Windsor location

put a dress on hold to pick up the next day they sold it talking about yeah it’s not here anymore like come on now it’s just hold a dress in the back not that hard to do
