i went in today and these two ladies in the front were extremely rude to me for no reason, and they make everybody else miserable, they should get fired!! can’t even ask a simple question, no respect, they can’t even do their jobs right.

The ladies that work in this store (except Victoria) are extremely rude and disgusting. They do not want to help you and only care if you’re buying something. The same lady who didn’t want to help me and has a nasty attitude was the same person who ran to the register to check me out to get the sale. I purchased heels and a dress and they refused to even give me the box for my shoes because they “just can’t” and they only give it with some shoes which I know is a lie. They also have their shape- wear selection next to the register and while I was browsing one of them came up to me and yelled at the top of her lungs “YOU CANNOT BE OVER HERE WHAT DO YOU NEED” when all I was doing was looking for a size. The staff here will definitely run the store sales down. The only reason I did not put my stuff back was because I needed a dress urgently. Very disappointed in the way I was treated.

Great variation but they let people come in and out of the fitting rooms, how am I supposed to try on something if they let 3 people in there and let them come and out, shouldn’t take that long to try a dress in a non peak day and hour. None of the sales associates are attentive either. Been there dozens of times and have never been asked if I need help, I ignore it but shows lack of professionalism in the store.

Apparently headbands are considered jewelry and are not eligible for return. No one mentions that when you purchase though. Cheap clothes and goods yet overpriced! Avoid unless you’re desperate!

This location is absolutely rude and the customer service is terrible. That women hiding was so intimidating and made me completely uncomfortable. She needs to be at a chipotle not a Windsor location

I came in the store with my kid looking for a prom dress. We only saw size S and needed a different size. Asked a rude lady on the floor (later found out she is the manager, didn’t get her name) she loudly said, whatever you see there is what we have.Decided to try on the dress, encountered a polite young lady in the dressing room, her name could have been Nicole (I could be wrong) she let me know we can order the other size at the register and it will ship free of charge to my home.Walked over to the register and encountered Olivia, a ray of sunshine, she was so happy to help, tried to order the dress for me and discovered there was ONE left in the store, walked over to look for it and came back so happy with the dress in her hand.I gave a 5 star review because of the super star workers they have there. I honestly was going to walk out of the store when the manager loudly and rudely spoke to me, my daughter really wanted the dress and so I decided to let her try it on.P.S. while making the long line to try on the dress, a customer looking through the rack, dropped a hanger. Manager walked over to her and said “you dropped something.” It was just rude. Didn’t give the customer a chance to pick it up before yelling at her.Nice dresses for prom.

Customer service was very good better than most stores imo would definitely return. You can find cute prom dresses and jewelry here unlike ghetto stores like New York dress (extremely ghetto there) love Windsor

i went to winsdor at qcm today and a woman guarding the fitting rooms (literally) was extremely rude. she was giving everyone attitude and rushing everyone while they were trying on PROM dresses. PROM dresses are ones you have to really discern if you like it and how it fits you, woman was stressing me out i picked a dress and left. why is she there if it makes her the most miserable person on earth ?. beware of winsdor woman for you own sanity

I was trying some earrings on, because there is any sign at this store that says that customers are not allowed to do it, and one of the sellers approached to me, and in a loud voice yells at me and says that I cant do that and now they can’t sell them. I answered her back that I didn’t know and they should put a sign in order as a customers we don’t do that. I think she could have asked me not to do it in a polite way. It’s not necessary to yell at the customers in front the rest of the people. What a bad customer services. Beautiful dresses, but employees at this store are not nice. I don’t want to buy anything at Windsor Queens Center.

Horrible customer service at the Queens Center Mall location. I Went in with my teenage niece who was looking for a dress for her school dance. When we entered, we were not greeted or acknowledged but others were. When my niece found a dress, she wanted to try it on. A very rude employee rushed over to say the fitting rooms were closed because the store closed at 8PM. As someone who worked in retail, I’d understand completely. But it was past 8PM and customers kept coming in as their doors were wide opened. I did not catch the employee’s name as I did not want to cause a scene and ruined my niece’s shopping experience. But she is a thin, average height Asian girl with black hair. Extremely disappointing experience at Windsor as it was our first time shopping there but it’ll definitely be the last. Please, retrain your employees in customer service or hire completely new employees who will not catch attitude with customers.
