Ruined my winter jacket and did not refund me for the service. I also had to send multiple shirts/ sweaters back multiple times. They did not look dry cleaned to me. I gave up sending my clothes to them even though they are located in my building.

This place didn't clean my coat at all and charged me 65 dollars.I dropped off a double-sided winter coat here for dry cleaning earlylast week. When I returned on the date they said my coat would beready, I noticed that the inside of the coat still had a dirty spotthat was there before I dropped it off. The employee working thererefused to do anything about it until I raised a stink and the managergot involved. The manager said that they would clean the coat againand told me they'd call me to pick up the coat in a few days. Thatconversation happened on Monday of this week. By Saturday I had notreceived a call from them and went back in person to see what thestatus of the coat was. I was given back the coat and told that it wasclean.The dirty spot on the inside of the coat had still not been cleaned. Idon't think the coat was cleaned _at all_, as it still smells likeperfume. This cleaners held my coat for 2 weeks and didn't clean it toany reasonable standard, if at all. I won't be using them again anddon't recommend anyone else does either.

World class valet provides services at my apartment building. I drop the clothes off in the lobby and a couple days later they are back for me to pick up. Haven’t had any items lost or ruined. Very convenient for me and never have to leave my apartment to go get dry cleaning.

They overcharge you, u might as well do it yourself. This valet is a waste of space. Dont do business here. The manager gives the fakest customer service voice ever its so cringey. If u reading this, smd, respectfully.Sike. With all disrespect intended.

Wold Class Valet in Long Island city. they did not a good Job! the assistants took the meassurement to resize and did not do it correctly. they did not take responsibility. Tailor is never there.

This place is terrible. I've had so many pairs of shirts ruined by their dry cleaning business. Shirts washed and shrunk when supposed to be dry cleaned and i was charged for dry cleaning. Terrible - will never use again!

Unorganized, unable to clean properly and overcharged my account and wouldn't credit my funds back. Complete CROOKS! Collar shirts would come back with buttons broken as well as ties ruined. Will never use regardless of the convenience. They outsource their services and just charge a premium for renting the place out in the building. No VALUE add.
