Not a lot of variety and prices are too high despite the specials. Seems that they price items like if they are in a mall…..despite it is an outlet.

I loved the atmosphere in this store. I was in shopping for myself and was helped by two short brunettes. They were very kind and extremely helpful.

I walked in there today to look at the clothes because I used to shop there when I was younger. An employee looked at me and began talking to another customer (normally when someone walks in you greet them) I must not fit the criteria for American Eagle. Definitely never shopping at an American Eagle again :) they might be as bad as Abercrombie ?

Clean and well organized but BEWARE false advertisement. Jeans were on a rack for $29.99 rung up $39.99 when told cashier they said “it’s $29.99 & up” went to sign and on NOT ONE SIGN SAYS “& up” refused to adjust price to what the sign clearly states then proceeded to say that it typically means and up….. no typically anything. That’s not what the sign states therefore they should honor the prices they advertise.
