A previous 1-star rating has now been elevated to a 5-star rating, thanks to the exceptional service provided by two standout representatives: Shawn and Christian. Recently, I made the decision to return to AT&T after a stint with Verizon. My switch to Verizon initially stemmed from a frustrating service-related experience at AT&T, where I encountered issues with in-store assistance. Despite knowing that my concern could typically be resolved in-store (thanks to previous successful visits), I found myself in a predicament. Usually, I would seek assistance from Shawn, whose exceptional skills and unwavering kindness always left me impressed. However, on this particular visit, Shawn was unavailable, and the manager on duty informed me that they couldn't address my service issue. This left me feeling neglected, a stark contrast to my previous positive encounters. Given the demands of my business, prompt assistance is crucial. Consequently, I made the switch to Verizon.However, my experience with Verizon's business account services has become increasingly unsatisfactory. Faced with this frustration, I decided to reach out to Shawn at AT&T, knowing that his expertise and dedication would ensure a smooth transition back. I scheduled an appointment with him to explore my options for transferring my accounts, confident that he would provide the same exceptional service I had come to expect. Shawn's commitment to understanding and addressing my needs, coupled with his exceptional interpersonal skills, set him apart. His genuine care for his clients is a quality that cannot be taught; it is innate. It is this genuine care that ultimately led me back to AT&T. When doing business, I want to work with someone who not only values my business but also genuinely cares about my satisfaction. Shawn embodies these qualities, making him the ideal person to entrust with my business needs. Additionally, I know if Shawn is not available, I can entrust the same service from Christian. As long as these two have my back, I foresee no issues with keeping business and entrusting AT&T with my business.

I have been an ATT customer for quite a few years now. I have purchased phones online through ATT and through Samsung. Both times there were issues with ATT customer service representatives trying to not honor the terms of the deal they had. I went to the store instead of spending hours on the phone with reps who were not capable of performing their jobs. At the store, Shawn Joseph was the one who helped me take care of the issues. He is the only reason I am still with ATT. I will only buy in store now, and only from Shawn. He is always willing and able to help with any questions or concerns about my phone, service or accesories. He does such a great job, that anytime I go there, there are other customers waiting for Shawn to take care of them as well. He is the most knowledgeable and friendly employee there. I've never witnessed a person in such demand by customers (Shawn), that they are willing to wait twice as long for service just to have him specifically take care of them. ATT is lucky to have Shawn Joseph.

Twice in one week I have made an appointment, driven an hour to get to the store, only to be told they cancelled my appointment because they were "too busy" If you don't honor appointments, then DONT LET PEOPLE MAKE THEM!!!

The employee Shawn Joseph was a pleasure to have help me. He was energetic had good vibes and kept making me laugh. He even thanked me for being so nice and patient(phone transfers take awhile sometimes.) I took his business card hoping I'd receive this survey so I could praise him.

Got a new phone and decided to try AT&t. Was told it was only one time payment of $110 and then it would lower. My brother had to call them and have them lower it cuz they put it on the paper that I was supposed to pay 110 every month. Had nothing but problems with the new phone that I picked. Found out recently that this in particular phone Pixel 7 pro has that problem with signal and it's been doing some other weird stuff. Went to the store twice they tried to help me. They could not help me so I called 611 twice and they try to help me. Should have kept the insurance and not listen to someone I know and I accidentally dropped the phone. Got to crack in the screen even though I had to screen protector and a case on the phone to protect it. Now I can't send it back. Not happy at all. Had better luck with T-Mobile in past. Should have gone back to T-Mobile instead of AT&t.

Sean was the employee who helped me navigate new updates to my 4 phones. He was very friendly and upbeat! He also was helpful with an identity they issue I have with Uverse. I have been dealing with Sean for many years, and he always remembers me. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else. Thank you Sean, for everything you do for me!

I don’t remember the last time I felt one of these out but I felt overly compelled to make this oneBetty was Outstanding!!! She resolved our account issues we got through the third party service we used at wal mart, we had no way to access anything in our account but she knew exactly what we needed, let us know every step she was going to take & went even further to make sure we got any discounts or offers we might have missed out on in the wal mart rep's hasty lack of service & there were a few!! I would Absolutely do service with Betty again & again just for the above & beyond customer service & knowledge of her craft!! ?

Shawn Joseph worked tirelessly to transfer me back to AT&T and signed up for First Net after I foolishly went briefly to Spectrum. He went above and beyond despite technical issues getting me off the other carrier and back with AT&T. Whenever we have had any issue for over 15 years Shawn has been our Go To representative at the Queensbury store. He is not only knowledgeable, he is also personable, fun and respectful. He is an asset to the Queensbury store.

I went into my local AT&T store to do upgrades on 4 out of 7 devices on my account. Before I started I had to explain to the sales person that the prior upgrade was screwed up (this stores 1st mistake). They had cross upgraded our families lines. In other words on paper our kids numbers were attached to our 13 pro Maxs and ours to their 12s. So he tried and researched really hard and thought he figured it out and fixed what he could. He saved us a bunch of money on payment installments and plans for phones. I had to leave to put cash in the bank to pay sales tax to order our phones for shipment and pickup my kids phones. When I got back I was told after doing 3 out of the 4 upgrades my husband wasn’t eligible because he didn’t have Next up so he has to pay off his phone first or keep it. Mind you we spent 2 hours there prior while the store looked into these upgrades. Then after deciding to just keep my husband’s 13 pro max and go through with the rest, I left just to find out my service on my phone was completely shut off, it had been transferred to one of the new phones my kids were getting, both my kids still had active service and I had to get a new SIM card for my husband’s phone which never not upgraded. So I’m getting home to reverse all these upgrades that complicated my services I never got service back until the next money and after the customer service representative from AT&T themselves reversed everything only for our phones to still be linked wrong. The store manager at this local store could not help the first time because he said the reversals were not done so I was not refunded because he did not believe me when I said yes they were but I have to get back to my job. Then after when I went back a second time to return the unopened phones to get my money back the manager had to be called at home because he was their and although the extremely helpful employee that helped me the day I tried upgrading looked at all the reversed upgrades he still was unable to reimburse my money for the unopened phoned. It was admitted to me that this was more about looking bad on his (the store managers audit) than) providing good customer service. I want to make it perfectly clear that the associates that tried helping in the store did what they could for me but the actual manager of that store fell so far short of being customer friendly and satisfying a customer’s needs it’s absolutely dreadful. I suggest promoting someone customer friendly.

Betty C. at AT&T Mobility, 74 Quaker Road, Queensbury, NY 12804 fixed about FIVE (5) of my problems I've been having for over THREE MONTHS with ALL THREE IPHONE services that NOBODY online or by phone was able to help me with over FIFTEEN HOURS of trying to fix my problems and Betty knew EXACTLY EVERYTHING to do and fixed my problems in less than five minutes!!!Betty also explained ALL my questions about data rates, certain charges and was VERY personable and pleasant to speak with. A++++++++++++++++++++

On July 24th I switched from Verizon to AT&T one of the worst mistakes ever made sales person Robert H sold me a plan misrepresented it to me saying it was unlimited data and Hotspot with no slowing then I get a message by 50 gig are almost gone they gave me no paperwork at time of sale a complaint was escalated by me and At&t today on This Queensbury Store I do not think this company should be patronized
