Purchased a new IPhone from the Johnstown store. Jackie and Tyler were super friendly and outstanding in assisting me from selection of which phone/plan would best fit my needs to application of discounts that I qualified for. I could not help but observe how patient Jackie was despite multiple interruptions from customers and others. Highly recommend these two!

This store is no good just went in to try and return my charger which they gave me a wrong one on the first place and they told me there is nothing they can do about it like it didn't even work for my phone at all so I left the charger box there and told them to keep it

If I could give zero stars I would. this is the place you want to go to if you don't want anything explained and things slammed on your account as a new customer. I went in here was put on unlimted premium when I asked for the lowest plan then they added extra features like next up and proctection when I said I wanted no of these things on the account. if you want a huge bill and to be taken advantage and have someone only care about commisions this is the place.

I walked into the store and was greeted right away. The salesperson was able to answer all of my questions, and I purchased the Galaxy fold 5. It was the 1st day of sale to the public, so I was able to take it home with me. It was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this location.

5/23/23 the lady I spoke with today didn’t acknowledge me at all once I walked in. I waited 20 minutes while she assisted another customer. She was extremely rude once we did speak. I didn’t realize the store closed at 7 but she made it very clear. She and another young lady whom I assume was her friend looked very agitated by my very presence and it was just a very unprofessional environment overall and it’s sad hard working people have to encounter such lousy and unwelcoming people when trying to conduct business. I was looking to start 2 new lines for me and my spouse but we just went over to Verizon across the street.

Sean & Chris are amazing! Originally I went to Amsterdam and they were not able to transfer my contacts/ apps etc. I had forgotten my Google password but Sean was able to log me into my account without it and everything backed up! What a relief! This store always solves any issue I bring into them. They even hooked me up with a new case, screen protector, and gave me a free popsocket to make my stressful day better!!
