Bought a used 2019 GMC canyon and had nothing but problems. Found old service records in the glove box that showed DEF fluid in the diesel tank. Anyone knows that if something other than fuel gets run through an engine means the vehicle has been compromised. I would highly recommend not buying from this dealership very disappointed they were not honest and up front about the history.

I decided to buy a 2021 Ram 1500 with only 14000 miles. Everything sounded great they brought the truck to me and had the truck back in the driveway waiting for me to test drive it. As I started to look the truck over the man who brought it said how about a test drive. The truck drove nice! My complaint is make sure they have that vehicle wash and you break out your fine tooth comb. I have so many scratches and gouges it's crazy especially for a 2021. I ask the following day what they can do for me and they said it's a used vehicle it wil have some scratches. I understand but I have more than some. Next time I will lease or buy new but I can say this I won't be buying from Della.. Beautiful truck was in the ad and yes from a distance!

I was helping my granddaughter buy a car from Della. After agreeing 0n a price we were given an itemized list of costs. There was an item labeled aftermarket. I asked what it was for, the salesperson said it was for appearance protection, and undercoating . I told him I didn't want to spend $1,294 for this service. He said it was company policy that used cars sold had to purchase this service. I told him this was BS and I didn't want the service. We went back and forth for quite a while. He insisted it was a company policy and he couldn't change it. By this time my grand daughter was getting stressed and upset. I didn't want should have been a happy purchasing experience for her to be a stressful battle between buyer and seller, just wanted to get it over with. I submitted to buy the after market services. If I was buying it for myself I would have walked out the door and taken my business elsewhere. Just a warning to other potential Della customers, make sure you read and understand the EXTRA charges. If you don't want the service and the dealership insists you get it, head for the door. There are many reputable dealers out there you shouldn't have a hard time finding one. BUYER BE WARE!

I brought my car in to have the axles looked at and fixed...service tech said I only needed one repaired (bearings)...however I had a second and third opinions saying both needed replacing the service tech at della Queensbury did the repair and I was charged $298.45...the vehicle still had the same problem when I picked it up so I took it to saratoga honda..Where they replaced both axles...i had called the della service tech asking if i could be reimbursed the $298.45 since he should've replaced the rusted axles...i was told they'd take $100 if they replaced the axles...this offer was not to my satisfaction thus I went to saratoga honda and lost out on $298.45 ... Very dissatisfied with della of Queensbury

Awful experience with service department. Bought a "certified" Buick that had no working rear brakes. Had it in for service 4 times. Was told many lies. Eventually replaced two frozen calipers, rotors and pads myself. Car drove much better after... Go figure. Did not follow through with lawsuit, but should have. Many other issues as well, not worth getting into. For the safety of your family, please shop elsewhere.
