Quick and painless (I had a pre-labeled flat package). Go in through the main entrance, hand an employee your package, it gets scanned, and the receipt goes to your email. Less than a 5 minute process.

Brought heavy package in and had taped label so it wouldn’t scan. Instead of sending me off Edward went to great lengths to reprint my label and saved me a whole lot of trouble. Really appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Easy parking . Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On and out in less than 5 minutes.
