Awful from start to finish. Don’t waste your money, plenty of better salons in the area. Improper polish placement and sloppy for 2 coats, half effort on the cut and clean of our toes, upcharge for callus remover and still had visible rough patches with the wax left all over my feet. They argued about what service I requested (for 3 people) I eventually stopped challenging it because at that point I wanted to pay and leave. It was my first and last time.

The first picture is from another place called Posh and I called hi nails to see if they can fix my nails as I was so upset. They did exactly what I asked for and made my birthday nails so cute ! 10/10 recommend. (The third picture was my inspo I just wanted coffin shape instead)

Extremely happy with my nails. The woman who did my nails took her time filing and getting them to the shape I wanted and the small French tip I wanted even though they were extremely busy. It could have been easier for her to hurry me along to get to another customer but she focused on me and delivered one of the best manicures I’ve ever had.

Great service! Been here many times and will always recommend to anyone who wants to get their nails done to go here. I came around 6:30 P.M and started with a pedicure , once they were done (great massage as well), they began on my nails. I let them know I was doing a design but wanted some alterations. I wanted them shorter and less pointy than the picture I showed them and they let me know they can do it. At this point it is around 7:20/7:30 or so, but they got started. Throughout my experience, my nail tech made sure to show me my nails each time he was done so I could tell him if I liked something or not. I was able to tell him if I wanted something to change or to just move my gems without any problems. My nail tech made sure I was set because we did not finish until 9 P.M, which in my eyes, is a whole different level of service. Hi nails has such great service and flexibility that it is worth the hour long drive from my home to go here.
The price was also worth it. For baseline, they were only going to charge 50 for acrylic nails, but the design was going to cost more, but they had let me know ahead of time. They only charged me 90 for this beautiful set, even with the different alterations. I had also gotten a pedicure so my amount came out more than that but even so, the price was worth it. I do not know how many more times I can say this, but GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!
