Ok...let's start that I am a Jersey Mike's fan- huge fan! So usually a five star review. BUT.... just got some delivered. I ordered the roast beef and my go to the ham. Well the ham was delivered as a turkey and bacon.... so that sucked TURKEY IS NOT HAM IDIOT!!!!. And the roast beef- had so much dressing it was slimy. Threw it out. Hard earned money down the drain. Whoever was on tonight got the order wrong and the roast beef was gross. Clearly a bad night for the Jersey Mike TEAM. WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER SUB IN THE FUTURE.I NEED TO ADD... JUST CALLED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER ON DUTY. WHAT A BIT$H. SHE HAS NO CLUE HOW TO HANDLE SUCH SITUATIONS. SHE ADVICED ME TO CALL CODY TOMORROW. WILL DO AND WILL REPORT. I SUSPECT IT WILL BE MORE TIRED RESPONSES TO REA L QUESTIONS. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD, ESPECIALLY FROM THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH TONIGHT, SHE IS RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! PLESE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS JEASEY MIKES!! PERSONAL SERVICE: ZERO!!!!

The “gentleman “ making the hot sub was extremely rude and condescending, even swearing more than once. He even literally slammed the sub on the counter. The other 2 people working couldn’t have been nicer however. Too bad such nice employees are subject to a hostile work environment.

I give this 1 star because there isn't an option for lower than that. I just had the worst customer service experience I've ever had anywhere in the queensbury NY location! On Friday I got to the shop @ 8:45 in the evening and ordered 3 subs...2 were regular sized 1 was large. The girl behind the counter seemed rushed and asked me what I wanted on them...I told her how I wanted my subs and when I went to correct her on one of the subs she was rude and short and told me "what's the difference they are both the same" I corrected her and said they weren't the same as they were both different sizes and both had different cheeses. She finished my order and wrapped them up. I got home and the subs were terrible! They were tasteless, didn't have the bacon I had requested and they were dry. I called them on Saturday morning and was told I'd have to speak to a manager in Monday. Today being Monday I called and spoke to a young man by the name of Oscar who became very combative in tone with me...arguing with me saying it's not their fault my subs were tasteless...telling me I shouldn't of walked out with my subs if I didn't like them...to which I said I didn't know how they were till I got home. Then told me it was my fault for not watching the girl construct my subs. He let refusing to switch me to the manager and by this point I asked his name and told him I was calling corporate and I ended the call.i spent $40 that evening at that store...we know that Jersey Mike's subs are a bit pricey but really always enjoyed them and wanted to treat ourselves that Friday. I never expected to be treated like that nor less did I expect to get such a crappy sandwich from Jersey Mike's. I will not be going back ever ! Looks like the staff there needs to be retrained in both how they make the subs to how to treat their customers! Really disappointed. I'll tell you I've never been treated like that at a subways!

The veggies were nice and fresh!! Unlike The Clifton Park store. Great subs. Definitely will go back well worth the price!

They don't know how to use the Upside card with their system. Charged twice for$21.08 order.

A server was short and condescending towards customers while taking orders. Can't handle the stress during rush because they are likely understaffed. Need training in allergen food handling. Not sure who is in charge there.

$25 sandwich barely any meat or cheese, just bread. The one guy, resentful, with the sulking face either hates making gluten free or hates everybody. Went back in to address for making a new sandwich and Cain guy said three times in a row, "you can either take a refund or buy another sandwich".

I am absolutely astounded on how you can mess up an order on a sandwich. Their whole staff has a combined IQ of at most 12. I wish nothing but the WORST FOR THIS TERRIBLE SHOP.
