if I could give them a negative I would give them a negative do not ever use any of their install teams they have destroyed my floors my brand new floors they destroyed and took four hours to install an electric oven in the wall just a replacement. And the customer service is the worst

Which is essentially the same as Home Depot... six of one, and a half dozen of the other.
That said... they do probably have what you're looking for, regarding home improvements or contracting.

Always very helpful go-out-of-their-way employees (they remember and acknowledge you when you come in - I'm thinking millwork, electrical, plumbing, flooring, the manager in the wheelchair, etc...) Some incredible deals here, can't be beat for carpeting/flooring specials, great and knowledgeable paint staff, etc.. Jodie and Russell were very helpful and knowledgeable on my last trip - especially Jodie, stayed late past her shift to help work something out! A+!!

They sell many appliances but have absolutely no replacement parts for them. But the man that "helped me" told me that they don't sell any parts and gave me a card for a different company for phone or online parts but I don't even know what the part is called and neither did he so that was absolutely pointless

I was waiting for my mom to finish a Dr. appointment today. I’m from FL and wanted an AC unit for a window in a VT home. Mike in the Electronic Dept. was so tremendously helpful in answering my questions-his pleasant attitude-along with his co-workers made the experience so easy and efficient. I will continue to use this location! Thank you!

Like everywhere not enough staff and the ones that are there are limited in training/knowledge of their departments. Don’t even bother trying to call unless you enjoy listening to a phone ring and when you finally get an answer they 1) hang up 2) send you to another phone that never gets answered 3) leave you listening to muzak indefinitely. Do your research ahead of time so you know exactly what you want and where to find it
