The only reason I would give them a 1 is because of a refund I got. In October I ordered and custom made door. The contractor came out measured the door. The wrong size door came. Contractor comes to put in and it’s the wrong door. A new one is ordered and comes in the beginning of February. On February 15th the new door was supposed to be installed but contractor called said he has no one to help. Then he says he cant install the door the following week because he was on vacation. I called Lowe’s and I got the installation money refunded. Now I find my own contractor he goes to put it in and the center of the door is too tall. I will never go to Lowe’s for anything again.

One of my ALL TIME worse experiences at lowes. The woman in home decor Dawn was one of the rudest people ive ever experienced at a lowes store ever! Not only was she nasty when we asked where the guy was in flooring, when we actually found the guy we were working with him she came in a butted in between us talking over us to another customer. I get it people need to be waited on but not like that. She was rude unprofessional. Lowes need to do something with and about her because I wont be back if I ever get treated like that again in this store. I flip houses I buy alot of appliances and such.

Was bringing back a return to to get credit to make another purchase. Was told any holiday items could not be returned. I showed them return policy that said only returns that couldn't be refunded within 90 days and wasn't on list. Will probably be my last trip to this store, was disrespected and have given them business since day opened.

I got what I needed, found everything 12/ 18/21 got the fans that where on saleMom had to pick up some board that dad needed it was expensive, but he didn't care me needed it !!!omg this is the only place I could find my Christmas ?,,the ones that are in the pots and they last for months ,I love them

Caution for those in the market for a new appliance: steer clear of Lowe's. While their appliances vary in quality, our dreadful experience lies in Lowe's extended warranty. The repairman exacerbated the issue during a brief visit, damaging the product further. Surprisingly, we were then tasked with removing the dishwasher ourselves for future service. Despite our efforts, resolving the matter has been a frustrating two-month ordeal, marked by canceled appointments and false claims of our absence. #Lowe's #DisappointingExtendedWarranty

Lowe's sucks. As far a Lowe's goes, this location is one of the worst! There are possibly three employees who have a clue the rest are just warm bodies milling around with no knowledge of the business or the ability to assist with much other than to point you towards the restrooms/break room.

I was at self-checkout and the employee was hovering over me, watching my every move. She took over the entire transaction for me (I never even asked for help!!). She also TOOK my debit card out of my hand and was rushing me like there was a long line but I was the only customer at that moment. Then another lady came over and just watched me. Made me feel very very uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. Very strange experience.
