The only thing that could check off a negative box is how long it takes for them to get your vehicle in to be fixed. But all that does do is solidify my choice of Mattisons and only choice to work on my Mercedes and future vehicle's. There so busy showing most already know of this top notch staff. But for those who don't. If you want to be able to walk into a garage and not worry about getting ripped off in price, paying for made up issues and the actual quality of work. You now can as I did with Mattisons. The only shop that took my car in and when they were done my cost was less than their original quote. They finish my car in less time that stay stated. And for me the biggest benefit I only have to take it one time and it's fixed. Not like most now that after fixing 6 "This has to be problem..." So you pay them just to have the same problem continue and continue till they have fleeced your account dry. Let's put these wolves out of the sheep business. Allow Mattisons to be garage to finally bring the customers back into the conversation to choose what's next their family vehicle.

Super pleased with my experience having work done at Mattison Motors. Purchased a trailer hitch from e-trailer.com and they recommended Mattison Motors as an installer ... Sarah Jo was a pleasure to work with to coordinate. Had the hitch delivered to them (piece of cake) and they did a beautiful job on the install when I brought it in. The owner walked me around and showed me the work they did, making me exceedingly confident that the hitch will perform as expected. And the price was right! Saved hundreds, if not $1k, having Mattison Motors do the install instead of having an OEM hitch installed by Honda (which wouldn't have looked as good anyway!). Great local business. Happy to have found them and will use them again.

Wayne always overdelivers. It makes it fun going to home cause I get to guess each time how much money he saved me, not mentioning the quality and timely service he provides. He’s pretty booked (for good reason), so get yourself scheduled asap. Whatever problem you’re having, you won’t have to go twice for.

These guys were great! Della Cadillac diagnosed that starter needed to be replaced (nearly $1000) and quoted the job may turn into $3500. Wayne and the team looked at it and found that there was a loose nut that was making a bad connection. One hour shop time and car runs perfectly. Would recommend 100 out of 100 times.
