They offered more recommendations and add one they believe I could benefit from but did not force me to accept anything that wasn’t necessary. Which is a great. Inspection wasn’t too bad they addressed the concern and took care of it right away.

Had a flat tire about 200 miles from home at around 5pm. We went to Firestone first but they couldn't/didn't want to help us. Imagine our stress level with darkness approaching and only minutes before most stores close on a Saturday. Chris was so nice and went out of his way to help us out! He fixed the tire in a few minutes and we were able to drive home safely.

A 400% markup on parts that where not the problem with the truck. Was told the company forces them to do this markup. I offered ahead of time to pick up parts. Unfortunately they never tested the real problem. I brought them this part to replace and it now works fine. The staff was great the company not so much. Price gouging is bad. $1000 to fix a $95 part.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were over an hour from home, our tire was hissing our air. Town Fair Tire turned us away immediately, wouldn't even look at the tire. The guys at Monro were so kind, they were able to fit us in straight away. We weren't even waiting for an hour before the hole in the tire was plugged. The guys there are just awesome!

I dropped my car off for an oil change at open (730am). I was told it would be ready within two hours. It took five hours. They didn’t even call me to let me know it was done, I had to walk over to the store.
They were already on thin ice because they messed up plugging a flat tire and I had to go back the next day. I have been going to this location for years. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Been going to the Quaker location forever. They are super helpful and try to work around your schedule. This past visit I had Christian and the manager Brandon help me with my sway bar links and an inspection. Called that morning and they got my car in that day and finished same night. Had a hiccup with the sway bar links. The one was defective, no fault of their own, when I called back the next morning they got me in right away, got the new part and fixed it quickly and efficiently for me. They always take great care of their customers and will continue to go there for further needs. Gratefully appreciated them and their help!

They don't want to work on Sundays. They make any excuse not to do the job. They made me unhook a trailer on the property next door because they didn't want to park there. In the end, they didn't want to do the job. Very poor service. I recommend you don't come to this place.

I have a 2025 Honda crv with the tire package (free tire and repair),we were out of town when we caught a flat tire, at 6pm, by the time we got to the Honda dealership it was closed, I went to Mavis, Firestone and Midas and they said they close soon..but right across the street from Honda was Monroe and Brandon squeezed us in and got us back on the road before he closed up so I definitely give them 5 stars.
