If I could give no stars I would. My fiancé and I went in for a scheduled appointment on a Saturday to get an appraisal for our trade in (2012 Chevy Silverado). Our sales rep had convinced us to look at some of the trucks on the lot which was not apart of our original plan for that night but figured we were there and had to wait for the appraisal anyways so what did test driving a few hurt? We had mentioned two of the trucks we were interested in and he took some of our info. He the pulled around the WRONG truck, but it was pretty comparable with lower miles and per the sales rep "a little more expensive" (but no one we spoke to even the sales manger would disclose the actual cost), we took it on a test drive and ended up liking it, but liked the wheels on the original truck we had mentioned before more so we wanted to go with that one, however it ended up being way out of our price range and we didn't get approved for the payment we wanted. We were able to get approved the truck we had test driven (that had a more expensive list price that's still unknown to us) and even able to get a lower payment AND put less down because they had "a lower buyout for it"... some more info was given we liked the price they offered for our trade in so we both agreed what the hell the wheels we can change let's go for it. They ran our credit, we put the down payment down ($2000), gave them our insurance information, and got the official word of approval. Had our hands shook and told congratulations by our sales rep, sales manager (Shawn Leombruno), and another gentleman named Pete. At that point in the night it was too late to leave with the truck so we set a time for Monday (today) so they could detail the truck and get all of the information transferred. Monday comes around and we get a text from Shawn and we confirmed our pickup time and that everything was still on track. He replied saying they were finishing up the truck and they would see us soon. We make the drive there (45 minutes) and go in. Shawn went outside and took pictures of the Silverado after not greeting us or anything. Our sales rep tells us to go outside and proceeds to tell us we didn't get approved and then shows us a vehicle "we did get approved for" 1. We never gave them permission to run our credit again and 2. It was NOT even comparable to the truck we were trading in let alone comparable to the truck we were supposed to be picking up. We let them know we're not settling and asked if there was something a little more comparable and he had let us know unless we came up with $13-$15k MORE of a down payment he didn't have any other option for us. He asked us to text him a picture of the debit card used for a refundand I denied. We then let them know we were extremely frustrated and we felt very mislead. He said he didn't seem to know how and was sorry we weren't leaving with anything and tried to claim he never confirmed we were leaving with the truck. Long story short do not do business here, they are very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

My transaction with nemer has been the absolute worst experience trying to buy a car. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car look elsewhere. The appearance as you walk in is that you will be taken care of and be in good hands. Don't be fooled. Myself and my husband were scammed into putting a downpayment on a vehicle while the sales representative continued to dodge the listing price of a 2021 minivan. We were told to sign and pay a deposit and all our questions would be answered by a finance manager after. We never spoke to a finance manager. We explained we could not afford high monthly payments over what we are currently paying for our current car , I was extremely clear we could not afforded what they were asking us to pay monthly and were told that it was fixed to a more affordable rate .We also were trading in our 2018 car and were told that they would pay it off for us as part of the deal when asked about a roll over we were told it was taken care of And again the subject changed . (We are new to buying a newer car and I suspect they were well aware of this fact) when we arrived home I realized that we still had no answer about the price of the vehicle. We then tried for the next two days to get an answer from the staff and managers about the price and were told that they could not tell us (we spoke to several people at Nemer with the same results). When we finally told them we are no longer interested in purchasing from them we were told the price of the vehicle which was well above market price and more then we could possibly afford . We had been clear from the beginning that we could not afford a super high price . This price not only was well above market value but also contained a roll over that we were unaware of . When we tried to just part ways with them and get our deposit back we are now told it is a non refundable deposit and to come down to talk it over . We then tried to talk about maybe putting the deposit on something more reasonable so we were not out the deposit and were told that they didn't think it would work for them and once again told we needed to wait for a call back. This is beyond the worst car buying experience , I have crippling anxiety that has left me sick to my stomach and a huge distrust for auto dealers. BUY YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BESIDES NEMER !

They did great work and stayed in contact the entire time and made sure everything that broke at all was fixed. My only complaints were the time frame as it took almost 2.5 months. Part of that was supply issues and the other part was techs not realizing what broke until they went to put it back together, adding to delays. But like I've said, they were methodical and fixed anything that broke. The second is minor, but usually, when you get a car back from a collision repair, it is fully detailed, ready to go. Mine.... not so much as a floor vac.

This is in response to the service department. I have a 1992 E350 that was in need of a tune-up. I'm out of town and visiting the area and looking to get some checks done before hitting the road. They were extremely accommodating and were able to get everything done ahead of schedule. They also honor veterans which is highly appreciated. Thank you for the amazing service and allowing me to continue with peace of mind.

Service department sucks I brought my 2021 Ford Explorer to Nemer for a labor job and left with a DENT and BLACK PAINT on my brand new car with clear finger smudges which indicate that the individual acknowleged that an error was made and checked for a dent. When I went back in the next day to see what could be done the service manager and service guy Steve took 0 ownership of my complaint and kept stating that "a black car must have opened their door and hit my car". He continued to point out that his service technicians have a 3 ft clearence between the vehicle and their poles (which he stated are red not Black). He said that his tech was not working on the rear door of the vehicle so its "impossible" that they could have caused damage there. He also said that it could have happened in their parking lot which is not their problem nor their responsibility per their service agreement paperwork. 1st off, I have worked in the automotive industry for many years and am not a complete idiot. My WHITE car did not have a BLACK DENT when I brought my car in for service. 2nd the service manager offered to "buff out" the black paint but would not take any responsibility for the dent. (how do you offer to fix half of the issue without assuming responsibility for the entire issue?) Some would take this as a kind gesture, I take it as a slap in the face. Both employees clearly thought that since I am a woman that I would just accept this and drop the issue. 3rd, I asked the service manager to show me the time stamped pre inspection taken by his technician showing that this dent/scuff was already present before being at their dealership. His reply was "we do not have that technology" LIKE WHAT??? You work in the car industry and have 0 protection for your employees and for your customers to prevent issues like this from arising? Are you living in the stone age? My employer provides alot of referrals to Nemer Ford and we will be sharing this expierence with our customers and advising them not to go to this dealer unless they want some complimentary damage to their car. If you absolutely need to go to this dealer, I highly recommend taking 5 minutes out of your day and video recording the exterior and interior of your vehicle prior to your arrival so you can protect yourself from having to go through this.

Very unimpressed with this dealership. Was discussing a car with a salesman when another salesman interrupted us and took the car we were about to buy for a test drive. He was however nice enough to offer us the next one when it comes on. Steer clear, find a real dealer. I did!

Well, the saga of my 2018 Ford Focus continues. Back on December 29 of 2020 Nemer replaced the computer after a 6 week backorder. Yesterday go out to start the car, dead, nothing. It's been warm at night here, in the 50's, can't imagine it being just a dead battery. Then, I noticed that the driver side daytime running light is blinking on and off like a bad bulb needing to be replaced. It did that for 45 minutes! Then, I couldn't get into the trunk, the key fobs AND the latch on the trunk didn't work. Also, when trying to start the car, the speedometer & tachometer needle are bouncing around, they did this even with no key in the ignition. So I have to get into the trunk by folding down the back seats, pulling the emergency release. I called down to Nemer and someone answers the phone (finally) after a couple tries in Service. The phone is answered "Steve", (great customer service they've got there). So I tell them they're getting the car because of what it was doing, what was going on. Sounds like Steve could care less. Since the car has one month left on the lease, they're getting it and they're keeping it. I am done with this car, with it's issues and with Nemer and their crappy customer service in the Service Department. It's all theirs and I am never buying another Ford from them ever again. This car has less than 32,000 miles on it and it's been nothing but a headache for the last year. Oh, another little quirk the car had, as it was being towed, with no one near the car, in the car etc. the trunk opened on it's own. The keys were in the ignition and the car was being pulled up the flatbed and "poof" the trunk magically opened on it's own having been closed for a while and no one was near the key fobs or the dashboard. Just another issue this car has somewhere with whatever the hell is wrong with it.

I had a great experience buying my car here! From the second I walked in everyone was professional and friendly. Greg Pratt was my salesman and he went above and beyond to get everything taken care of for me. It was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dealer. Ask for Greg Pratt!

Very disappointed. I kept receiving emails and post cards saying that they were ready to service my car, detailing the lengths they went to to keep everything clean...so I thought I'd help out my local dealer during the pandemic. The guy at the front, when he had his mask on only covered his mouth, a guy from the showroom came out when we were trying to socially distance and stood right next to us, no mask called some other guy over, no mask, and proceeded to talk to one another not one foot from where we were sitting outside. The guy who pulled my car up after servicing, wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. I should have stayed home, disappointed I gave them my business as they don't care about people at this establishment.

Took my Ford explorer in for a noise issue, was told rear wheel bearing, spent $850, still a noise. Took it back, was told transmission $5000 for new one. Asked for portion of my money back, three different people I talked with, each promised to call me back, NO ONE called. Purchased another car, never even offered a discount to buy a Ford. Poor service, poor customer care, and poor salesmanship.

I bought a brand new 2018 ford fushion from nemer ford of queensbury. I had to bring my car in three times because it kept saying engine coolant over temperature. I ended up needing a new engine on a brand new car. I get the new engine and it's doing the same thing. Everyone at the dealership is trying to pass the buck to someone else. I was told I would be given a new car. Now they switch the story and try and get me to run my credit again to purchase a new car. They are crooks. I pay over 400 a month for this brand new car that's a lemon. Don't buy cars from Nemer ford of Queensbury. They sell you a car and then don't care what happens after. I called the Ford Regional manager and put in a complaint and filed a claim. I was instructed to bring the car back to the dealership to be looked at again while the regional.manager conducted a review. When I did the manager of nemer ford requested an apology for me writing a review and being upset with his staff. When I told him he wouldn't get one because I'm the one who deserves an apology he told me then he won't work on my car. I left my car there because I was told to do so by the regional manager. When I came back to pick it up I asked for all the work orders that have been done on the car and the sales information on it. The manager Rick who previously asked for the apology yelled at me and told me I'm not welcomed there and to get my car and get off the property. He would not give me the information I'm entitled to have on my car. They sold me a lemon and don't intend on fixing my car or replacing it and will not work on it because I gave them a bad review

Took my car to them they for a failure in the software of the PCM they told me that I needed and converter and me as 15 year tech told them that i did not believe that the converter was bad and what they where saying does match the symptoms. but I let them install it because they was doing it under warranty. so when I returned to have the converter installed which had a book time less then a hour. At the 3 hour mark of waiting i went and asked what was going on because I had a appointment to make they only told me that they are still working on it. so i waited another hour and missed my appointment. they then told me that converter did not fix my car like i said it wouldn't. and returned my car with things disconnected. Dont go here the lie and waste your time. then when you want to talk to the GM of the store which is almost never there an they block you when he is there. all i wanted was the truth and my car returned not worse then when brought in. not asking for anything free just the truth and an honest try help fix my car. they did spend alot of time after this and tried to make it right and told me they think the pcm is possible failing because of aftermarket tune. I asked to ck with Ford to see if they would warranty the PCM for the emissions and they said they would not even ck with Ford because they thought that Ford would say no instead the asking. Lazy, untruthful and not competent. Arron the Service Manger is the only that treated me right but by the time that I get him they have already mad me mad.

Scheduled a service appointment online 7/24/2019 at 1 pm. Showed up couple minutes early and sat in my vehicle waiting to be acknowledged. New to this dealership I went inside to inquire about my appointment at 1 for an oil change. The service advisor looked me up in the computer only to inform me that 4 appointments had been booked at the time and he had no idea why that happened. Asked if I purchased the vehicle there, which I had not. Not sure why that would factor into getting my service done. He then informed me that there was no way the could perform the service that day. Never even asked if I wanted to make another appointment to reschedule!!!! I drove 25 miles to have my vehicle serviced because I had an appointment! I have been buying fords for many years and always get my services done at ford dealerships. I have never had such a horrible experience as I did on this day. So I will make sure that I tell everyone about how bad this fords service is!!!!

Took my Ford in for service and was charged $109.99 per hour for service. The had to replace a part on the vehicle which failed, and damaged an interior part of the vehicle in order to access the failed part and then refused to replace the damaged part. They then said they would fix the damaged area so I wouldn't be able to see it, which they then didn't do. To top off my awful experience they tried to charge me for two full hours of service when they only had my vehicle for 1.25 hours. These people are complete crooks!

I've never had a truly bad experience with the service department aside from the first time I was in, the guy who waited on me was rude and relatively clueless. The rest of the staff is quite kind, and very knowledgeable.
