“Ran out of dog food so I stopped by this location. Being my first time here, I found the store to be cluttered, dingy, and uninviting.
The isles were stacked high with pet supplies on carts and difficult to see around. This place needs a good scrub, floors stripped/resealed, and better lighting in areas.
The staff are unfriendly and seem miserable. When asked a question, their tone and demeanor were poor. The receipt was almost illegible, and even the cashier commented, " it's been this way for a while. No one wants to fix it". That's sad.”
“Cannot say enough wonderful things about this store and the owner! You can just tell they are dog lovers! We visited every single day we were in Lake George. They have a large selection of toys, dog clothing, and any and all dog needs!! Our golden got the Kong fish toy which he loved retrieving at dog beach down the road! Our boys LOVED the homemade dog treats, fresh baked muffins, and even their own doggy pizza!! Your purchase is made extra special by customizing the bag with your pets names which is a lovely touch! A truly wonderful shop with a lovely owner. We will be back!!!!”

“I went in here in high hopes to find a betta and I was pretty astonished at how well they keep their bettas/ fish and everything taken care of. I ended up going home with one and he’s acclimating pretty well to his tank. He loves the plants and he’s been finding hiding spots at the bottom and then he’ll go to the top and sit under the frog bit/floaters.”
