My son got a car from this dealer and his car has been in shop 2 times for the same reason at the mechanic he recommended and this happens a week after the purchased. Now a month after the car has not been able to be driven and he block my sons calls and he refused to give mechanic paperwork. Think about it when it comes to purchased you might end up with another Lemon like us.

Stopped in today to see RINO with a question about my car a year after I purchased it from him. He doesn’t rush you he makes you feel important and obviously that’s what builds a loyal clientele. I highly recommend.

I put $$$ down for a car with this company and was not approved for a car loan and they took the deposit and disappeared and will not answer my calls or texts. DO NOT buy from this dealer they are scammers.

Reno went above and beyond. He kept all his promises and made sure the car was exactly what I wanted and got me the perfect convertible. After I purchased the car had a few small minor issues that he took care of no questions asked! You can definitely rest assure you can confidently purchase a car from Reno at R&R.

Absolutely excellent place to purchase a high-quality low mileage performance car. REno Worked with me from the beginning, long distance, doing a virtual tour of the car and answering all my questions with the upmost patience and concern for getting the deal right. He and his staff went the extra distance to fill the tank, deliver the car to my garage for when I returned from my trip, and took care of all the minutia of details. Reno cares about his customers and about building a loyal clientele. I am highly pleased with the car and questions that I have had after the purchase have been quickly and thoroughly answered. very awful place to buy a car I was sold a car that had issue from day one and then the parts he used to fixed them were in fact used parts in which they became worn out much sooner was sold a inspected car with bald tires on then back which my family rides in when I brought it to his attention he told me and I quote" sorry warren tire saw the car come in probably thought it was still my wife's car and threw a sticker on there" I mentioned the oil leak to him on numberous occasion with no avail, had the car the first 2 1//2 with balk tire and blown suspension before it was was fixed and at the point replaced two batters and a starter and a door modulator brought the car to Keeler the assured me car never been here he tells me their lying in fact is has and call him again to discuss further issues happening with the car for him to basically tell me thank you for you business the used parts are certified and under warranty still have not gotten receipt from the work he did was told can't have them still haven't recveive my spare key and told me thank you for your business

Bought a 07 Mercedes’ from him in October from the get go things weren’t pleasant the car I was sold was told to me he had freshly inspected the day before delivery after taking delivery notice the rear tires were completely shot and also having it maybe a month the front suspension was blown out took me almost a month to get these issues fix to only realize the parts that were replaced we’re actually replaced with USED parts I also had a what a thought battery issue with the car when brought to his attention assured me both batteries we’re replaced well just recently again battery issue comes back just spent another 1200 on the car to not be running right wouldn’t not recommend buying from him I was told the inspection was done quickly as a favor for him because the shop thought it was his wife’s car meaning they threw a sticker on the window not looking the car over as this is my daily and my children are in this car a lot this car has been a nightmare from day one with little to know help from the seller when things were brought to his attention as urgency also when I went to buy the car it was listed as having 62k on the dash in the advertising but had 68k

Didn’t get to purchase because numbers on my end didn’t work but would highly recommend dealing with Reno! Big dealers now just worry about the bottom line vs. Reno did more on the first day of trying to make a deal then big guys would do in a month of negotiating! Look forward to hopefully doing business with him in the future!

Rino is a GREAT GUY!!! Went up to look at a 2003 BMW Z4 very nice car but wash quite what I was looking for. I’m waiting for Rino to find me the right car and I’ll definitely go back to see him.
