ZERO STARS!!!!! They do not take responsibility for their actions. Some type of scheme going on here for sure. When my sons tire fell off his truck, they blatantly refused to go through insurance so that it was done properly. Instead they said they would fix it in house. I Said you couldn't put a tire on right and you expect us to trust you... well, low and behold, the parts they said they would replace.... were not. Thank God for Whiteman Chevrolet. They are finding everything wrong with what R&R did. I think it's time for a lawyer. The lack of responsibility from this business is unprofessional and appalling. Their actions could have severely injured or killed my son. It's bad enough he has to miss work and has been unable to drive his truck all because of their ignorance.

If I could put zero stars I honestly would. I went to R&R and looked at some tires for new rims I bought for my truck. I found some nice tires and wanted them to put the tires on the rims and mount. They did mount them and I drove my truck home that night. I was on my way to work the next morning and my whole damn wheel falls off my truck, THE WHOLE WHEEL. I was lucky enough to just be going 10mph and not faster. They said they would cover all the damages and have but after replacing all the damaged parts (the hub assembly both upper and lower control arms ball joint and fender damage) I bring my truck for an oil change into Whitemans Chevrolet and guess what. They noticed that a wrong ball joint was put in and damage to the 2 “new” control arms. Well R&R is paying for that too but the time lost from work and the distress it’s put me through is worth more than just paying for the repairs. DONT GO HERE. It is not worth the trouble

It's literally a 100% rip off. Go to any other tire shop and they will beat the prices here. The rims are all trash, you'll have better luck getting an Amazon card and buying rims online and paying them off than here. This is the rent-a-center of tire shops. Scummy business practices by terrible inexperienced owners.Everyone besides Patrina are good people. The business is terrible.

Let me start off by saying the customer service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had to play phone tag with them for 2 weeks when purchasing the tires. Then when I went in to sign, they tried switching the purchase to 4 new tires instead of 2. When I pointed out the mistake they seemed frustrated and made everything really uncomfortable. There was a slow leak in one of the tires, and I had to come back for a new one. It took several days to get an appointment. Then they told me there was a nail in the tire… lies… I inspected the tires myself and there were no punctures of any kind. Road hazard is covered anyway so I’m sure they lied to cover the poor installment. They boast affordability but I only bought 2 tires and all together I paid more than the price of 4 new tires… They will drown you in “taxes and fees” If you miss the 120 day due date they will charge you hundreds of dollars for a lease. The payment plan they offer is a trap. RNR is a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. Please do yourself a favor and go to MAVIS down the street. I went there for all my tire needs for years and took a chance on RNR…. Lesson learned.

I used to love going to this place but the last time I went there after I got my car back I came home and pulled it onto ramps to find a 6-in crack in my frame that was not there a week prior during inspection. I have no proof it was them but there is the only place I went to after the inspection, I hope this saves people getting their car damaged and costing hundreds or thousands to repair. There are plenty of other shops that will not damage your car. The below photo shows how long the crack is, that entire White strip is over it until I can weld it. (6 inch crack from poor lift use)

...let's start by saying this breaks my heart and represents the only review that I have felt compelled to write; life to date. I offer this not punitively but rather to balance what has obviously been an overwhelmingly positive review on google for R&R Tire here in Queensbury NY. I used this standing google review as part of my decision to engage them for some needed tire work. Mount (4) new tires on a late model Yukon.…at the end of the day, the tires are on the truck. Looking past a sketch customer handoff of the vehicle with our TPS system fully desync’d from the tire sensors, the wet nasty old tires stuffed in the back of the truck, and the rims and tires still slathered in lube/paste…the more concerning part was the damage to 2 of the 4 factory 20” rims; discovered once arriving home and cleaning the wheels/tires off myself. Now I will say that although there is no way for me to prove the damage being referenced was caused by them – I know it to be the case given our recent history with the wheels and owning the vehicle since new, and the obviously ‘fresh’ wounds way towards center/inner face of rim on each. To this very moment the TIRE warning light remains ON as the individual sensors are all over the place on pressure tire to tire, although all read close to perfect by hand gauge. In closing I will say that the manager was approachable and stated to have reviewed the video from his shop relating to our vehicles’ work; but could not claim any liability from what he saw. Needless to say, this was quite a poor experience and will remain one I will echo with caution to others.
