“Devon is absolutely awesome! He clearly goes above and beyond to make the storage experience helpful and pleasant. It snowed while we loaded the truck rental out front, and he literally (without us asking) came by and cleared the snow off of the truck window so we wouldnt have to. Every time we have stopped by and run into him, he has always been pleasant and helpful. I truly hope he is recognized in some way for his above and beyond customer service!”
“I've had a small unit with Big Boom storage for 7 years, storing trunks of family papers and memorabilia for my elderly father. Although my unit was older and the most basic, (not humidity controlled), in all that time I've never had an issue with water, insects or mice. Everything has not only been secure, but kept perfectly. Jennifer in the office has always been most helpful.”

Everything arrived at my new place with 0 damage from both moves and from sitting in storage. I wanted some items left in front of the unit so I could have access to them and they were all there waiting for me when I finally got to the unit. Units are well lit and the grounds are well maintained. Can't go wrong with them.”
