Bait and switch happens at this store, I was charged $ 7.00 more at the register that the posted price of ink cartridges, and when i told the associate of the price difference, of course he did not believe me. BUYER BEWARE!

They have a 50% rebate on all printers and inks now. Obtain their rewards program and get back money to use in store.

I had a work event to go to and didn't realize I was nearly out of business cards until that morning. Dillon in the printing dept got me taken care off ASAP and really helped me out in a time of need. Thank you!

Not sure if anyone knows, but the store are up to 20% more than online. You shouldn't have to worry about it, but make sure whatever you buy in the store to look up their price on the website and they will match it. Just sneaky business.

Staples employees are always there to answer your questions and help in any way they can. They either give you easy directions to where you want to go or actually personally take you there. They are an excellent place to make copies yourself or make them for you. I highly recommend Staples.

Rosanne at the check out counter was so helpful. She demonstrated extraordinary patience as we sorted out a product return and to credit a store card. She is attentive, kind and helpful. More retailers need someone like Rosanne.

Don’t bother trying to do TSA Precheck without an appointment. Tried twice, my days change quickly so appointments aren’t a great option.

I always go here and am treated very well when I do. I also like the savings on printing with money off and my rewards points and savings. I too will keep on coming back to Staples so keep those saving and rewards coming my way..

Wow! Worst Customer service ever. I would give this store a Zero if it was possible.I asked one female employees in the Copy Print area for help and told her I was not familar with getting an email lable printed. Her response was the printer will tell you what you need to do then come back and I can help you finish up your shipping needs. Another younger person came in right after me and she asked for help and this CS person was all helpful to her.
I rarley ask for help but when I do I do not expect to told to figure it out on my own. This is why I will go back to using Amazon and the UPS store for all of my office needs,
