I've been banking at TCT in Cambridge (sometimes Queensbury) for over 30 years. I've watched them grow in size as well as keep up with technology. Clerks come, advance, and go and they all have been professional, knowledgeable (or get assistance quickly) while being polite and friendly. I've had several loans, debit card, savings accounts, as well as fraud monitoring (for a minimal cost). When I need a new debit card, I have it immediately, not in 10 days! I trust their advice because I've taken it and it turned out to be great advice. Very, very happy with TCTFCU!

I love the basic credit union, but their insurance that they provide is a sad joke !! I recently damaged my IPhone 12Max plus phone, if it was in good condition, it would be worth approximately 600 trading it in for a newer model, however the insurance company said that they would only pay what the least expensive refurbished (by the Chinese??) Walmart used phone price !!! So they only paid $349. I paid approximately $1,100 for my new IPhone 15 plus !!

I’ve been at TCT for 5 years now and have been very happy banking with them. Any interaction I’ve had with them has been positive and they are very fast to help. Anytime there has been fraud with my account they call within a day or two and it only takes a few minutes to contact and sort everything out.
