“Our car broke down in Glens Falls. We haven't lived here very long and didn't know who to call. TowAway LLC came up on our Google search. We called and asked to be towed. Dan the tow truck driver called us to verify where we were and was there in about 30 min. It was only 20 degrees out. We were glad when he got there. We had our car towed to a service dealership so we needed to find a way home. Dan made sure we had Uber and knew how to use it. (We are older) we got home and just as we walked into our home Dan called to see if we made it home and to let us know he dropped our car off with no issues. Just a great experience in what was not the best day. If we ever need a tow again we will absolutely call TowAway and hope we get Dan.”
