I returned two items at this store and never received a refund; it has been over two weeks, and not only have I not received the refund, but I was actually CHARGED TWICE to two separate credit cards, my visa on file and my visa for over the counter purchases through my insurance company. The associate was very suspect, as she stated that the charge would be returned to the card I used, yet never asked to swipe the card, and didn't give me a receipt. She stated it would be refunded to the card I used, which is false information, as the refund has still not posted to the appropriate account and the associate charged my card on file additionally, which means over $60 was stolen from me by this associate who failed to do her job, and double charged two cards, as stated above. Walgreens has been useless in resolving this major problem, and both cards show no sign of a refund being activated, which is entirely unacceptable and suspicious.

The store had a definite “going out of business” vibe and it wasn’t just the changeover of holidays.We Did find what we needed and were even able to drop off our FedEx package.Interesting group of employees but they were mostly friendly!

I would not recommend ANYONE go to this location in Queensbury, Horrible customer service and very arrogant store manager, maybe she's new or a racist but this location is not okay to shop in.

The really tall blonde guy that works there is always so helpful. I think his name is Anton. Anytime I can't find something he is patient and will help me find it. And doesn't make me feel pressured for being slow. Thank you

I wouldn’t even give them a 1star. Ever time I come to Place it’s a hassle. They never have the script ready. When this place was rite aide it was so much better that’s why I’m going to CVS Good Riddance:(

Recently, both on 8/18,8/31,& 9/1/23- I needed to have some study material in my photos converted. With help from Beth & particularly the manager Jenn, who figured out the best way to do it. Jenn even put my entire purchase into binders as well. She was very pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Thanks again for excellent customer service.

I frequent the Walgreens store on Glen Street for good reason!Each time I go in, I am always greeted by name and with a smile by each amazing employee (Tina especially).Each one has been incredible, welcoming, patient, helpful and treat my 2 year old and myself like family.Keep up the great work! :) we appreciate you

If you weren't run by the CCP, this wouldn't be so messed up. These things NEVER HAPPENED When you were rite aid and Walgreens in the beginning. Now you can get anyone that you want. Make the rules as we go along. Didn't even have a pharmacist over Thanksgiving. We don't have any pharmacy for over 3 days. You're going to put dying people. I'm terminal for 2 or 3 years now I get to have brain contusions, I keep falling at least twice a day and I hit my head and I hurt my head and back and I keep hitting my hip and ankles and I have arthritis on 4or 5 ankles.

Second time I have had issues with picking up medications. First time the drive-thru was closed because of register issues. (I was not dressed to come in the store.) Came last Friday to pick up meds and pharmacy was closed for three days due to lack of pharmacist. Stopped back today (Monday) and another sign stating that the pharmacy will be closed again tomorrow. Will definitely be changing pharmacies!

What's going on with the pharmacy. My husband has gone on 5 different occasions to pick up his necessary prescription only to read a note stating no pharmacist on duty today so you cannot pick-up your prescription. This is unacceptable...

Worst Pharmacy ever. Incompetent is what they are. New help every time You go. Now they are closed Friday and Saturday. Why do they not just close the store. Pharmacy won't answer phone calls even when they are open. Go to CVS.

Pharmacist was very rude when I asked a simple question. I'm not going to be looked at sideways when I ask a question about medicine for my 1 year old daughter. Gave me an absolutely absurd look as if I was stupid. Not going to be treated this way. I am calling corporate on the pharmacy manager . THANKS FOR BEING RUDE FOR NO REASON ! I don't tolerate it.
