We have bought a 2013 C max which we like the car except getting proper service always took three or four weeks then we bought a 2016 Ford C max all from Otis Ford they worked on the electrical system several times after the warranty has run out they still had to fix automatic, locking doors, after several times, into their repair shop, waiting three or four weeks for an appointment for a loaner was needed Recently we brought it back to them and we had an aftermarket warranty company. We bought it in for the same problem we’ve been having for the last three or four years with electric door locks after a tiff with the service person on the phone we got to speak to service manager, Steve, who initially was a very nice gentleman, but after several conversations of them that not Sending us a copy of the work order that I signed and the rental agreement that I signed. They got a little frustrated with us and after a bill of 500 and some odd dollars they told us just pick up the car and they never finish fixing electrical door system and never bothered to complete the repair that was coming in for a light on we found that it was the charging system , and from an outside source, we finally had to replace the charger which was the only problem but after being in Ford we had no idea so we are not very happy with them and will never do business with that company again. They may be nice upfront, but always watch your back , Raymond Ruscito SrSecond reply!!It’s nice to see that some of the other management are interested in their long-term customers. It’s a shame that information they get fed back from their service department is one-sided I felt that I was treated with a lot of double talk as a salesman myself for 60 years and in my own business for 50 I seen my help do to the customers things that I would not do personally but when you’re on the other end and you listen to a person that constantly does not want to hear what you have to say, but just wanted to double talk, you can get a little fed up like I did when I hung up on your provider, girl who never gave me a copy of two documents policies that I signed when I left the car off I thought it was a mistake and ask them to send me a copy but after two requests, never receiving one e-mail by the service provider then spoke to Steve, in service assistant service manager. He was polite and at the beginning was understanding and when I mentioned or started to mention about his service provider the girl I was talking to and how she was just going around and around and not giving me , the right information as a mechanic and a salesman myself I know when I’m being double talked and I don’t appreciate that and hung up that’s the way it went and I’m sorry to say that I feel the same way you do. I don’t want to do business with Otis anymore there are many more car dealers of all brands that take my business and I’m marriage 58 years I’ve had about 20 new cars. I’ve never been treated by a dealership as I have by Otis’s staff sorry to say but I understand?.the staff is important toThe business

I couldn't be happier with Otis Ford! I was able to get my first brand new vehicle from them - a 23 Ford Maverick. I love my truck so much! Everyone at Otis is great - from the salespeople to the mechanics. I will definitely be going back to them for my next new truck.

Appointment was at 8:00 AM and the dealer service department was open for business (as always) the service writer is very cheerful/knowledgeable about what I wanted done. I was in and out in just over an hour. If you're on the property and don't hear your name called over the PA, they send you a notification that your car is done and the amount of $ the payment will be. As always I'm satisfied with Otis Ford Service.

Carl at Otis Ford made my leasing experience stress free! Listened to my requests and budget and worked with me to get into a vehicle that fit my criteria and that I also loved! Vehicle pickup and finance paperwork was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Would recommend Carl and Otis Ford to anyone!

Honest and straightforward dealer... very rare these days. Lol This is my 3rd vehicle through them (2nd lease) and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend them any time. My man Carl took good care of me again, he did everything he could to get me the best deal. Out with old, in with the new.

Excellent experience in purchasing from Otis! Mike and Lou were amazing. Very transparent. Fastest dealership visit I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I’ve always used their service department since other local dealers can’t compete with the location, customer service or family attitude. Small town dealer in busy Long Island.

Great dealership. I will only buy/lease from Otis. Matt is my salesperson and just like everyone I've interacted with at Otis, he is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. This past lease was my second in a row. I like them so much that I drive over an hour each way just to work with Matt and Otis Ford. Highly, highly recommend.

The staff at Otis are great. Since I first got my Explorer to the service, everyone has been very pleasant. Tom Silon made the lease process easy. Jeff Membreno in service went above and beyond to help me. Plus, every time I picked up my car, they had it washed for me! I have recommended them and will definitely go back when my lease is up.

This is a small town dealership that treats you like family! The service personnel are wonderful, listen to you, get you in ASAP and they have a nice waiting area. I used to go to a bigger one close by but am definately sticking with Otis to get great service!

I’ve had issues with ford and lincoln delays in the past — but Otis Ford stands above and behind. Jeff Membreno is extraordinary and they go above and beyond to fix your car in an expert fashion.
