Everyone's nice as heck, never had any paperwork trouble or anything, but the ATM works when it wants to (it usually doesn't) and business hours there are wonky as hell. Extremely aggrevating.

This bank's website is down more than it's available. Constant problems with the ATM being down as well. We wanted to stay with a small bank with employees we know personally, but in the digital age, we need something reliable.

Do Not Get A Loan From This Bank! I had a commercial mortgage and my payments fell behind due to Covid restrictions in the amount of $14000. I made a deal with Paul Crist to pay them to get current then double payments for a few months and then pay them in full next summer They refused to accept my payment on May 4th in Lakewood and I finally was able to get someone to accept payment on July 15th at this branch. I had to drive to many branches and video tape the experience because they refuse to speak to me at some. So I would drive to different branches to make payments. The bank manager took my payment she also notarized the sale of my Fisher Island Club membership for $200,000. I paid CCB $40000 more in the next 75 days. They went to court anyway knowing I had all the money and got a default judgment against me even though I went along with the deal to make double payments and the loan was paid ahead. Most forbearance agreements try to help the borrower not this one. Later they seized an account only with my income for the last two months in it and tried to extort me to get it. I offered them that I would prepay a years worth of payments to get a year to refinance and they continue to just add to the tens of thousands of legal expenses when I already adhered to our deal and more. The bank must be in serious trouble. If I would have kept my membership for another month it would have been worth $300000.
