Unbelievably rude staff. Told to back up to the concrete pad out back to unload a family pet that had passed away to be cremated. Screamed at for backing on the grass after doing just what we were told to do. Maybe they should extend the concrete pad to the driveway or put some gravel to back onto. Grass grows back. What an absolute monster of a person to scream at someone after they just lost a member of the family. Hope you are so proud of yourself! Find a new job not dealing with the public you jerk!

Front desk people are so rude. They need to do better.

Front desk was awfully rude. My step mom got knocked down by her dog in the driveway and scraped up her knee. The receptionist didn't offer any kind of help, and was actually implying that my step mom couldn't handle her dog properly. On top of that, the vet was short with her.
On a separate visit, the front desk receptionist snapped at me (in person I might add) when I asked if they still take walk-ins. She rudely stated they are 6 weeks out for appointments, and didn't recommend anywhere I could take my dog with an ear infection.
They obviously don't need mine or my family's business, so we will no longer be going here, which is sad since we live in Randolph. This place has gone so far down hill since the brothers decided to work together.
If you want your pets cared for by a clinic that is kind and thoughtful, do NOT go here. Smh.

If i could go lower rating, I would have. Had a dying dog that needed euthanized on a Saturday and asked if we could wait until monday. Says the love animals but would rather them suffer. This is only the latest of my complaints twords this clinic.

unwilling to help senior pets. won’t even recommend a place that will. every time in last 6 years I’ve tried to have someone get a pet into them it’s been the same. sorry we only take puppies and kittens. they could care less about your senior pets.

Wrote a review years ago when the older Dr. Inkley only there. I went 2 months ago for well check up for my pet. When I got there, ON TIME, there were 2 others with their pets. One by one they were called. Meanwhile by 10:40 another person came in with 2 dogs & a cat. Let me state I have no problem waiting, I understand things take time. Then I was called in. My poor baby is scared enough as it is. I waited & waited. 11:15. I text my husband who was waiting outside...let me know if a woman comes out with 2 dogs & a cat. SURE ENOUGH SHE DID. Ok I know mistakes happen. I worked in the medical field for YEARS. BUT.....no explanation, the Dr. comes in looks right at me NEVER SAYS A WORD. Like he was angry. I HAD TO SAY HELLLLLO???!!!.He proceeded to turn his back & fill syringe. Not a word. Not as personable as his brother or the other vet there.NOW fast forward 1 month. I get home from work & my cat was bleeding from her hind end. I have been going there for 14 years. I call it was 5:15 I'm told we close at 5:30. you can come at 8:30 am. I know they take emergency calls. She said I could go to Orchard Park 50 miles away if I can't wait. I called Orchard Park & Olean & Hamburg emergency vets, no one could take us. ? I took a chance ( at a friend's recommendation) calling Forestville Animal Hospital. Never there, I was never his patient....Will meet you there? he came in at 8pm & saved my baby. See review for Forestville Animal Hospital for THAT experience. Never again will I go to Randolph.
