Rabbit Repair in Randolph, NY, did an amazing job fixing our company vehicle! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were fast, extremely responsive, and the quality of their work was top-notch—the vehicle looked fantastic when they were done.
What really set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond, even helping us deal with a difficult insurance company (from the other party). Their professionalism and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier.

Sunday my breaks went out on me, and I needed somewhere close to get my car to. Messaged on their Facebook page. Got me in 7AM Monday and finished by 1 PM same day. Very good service and will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

Hit a deer with my car. They got my vehicle in right away and done within 4 days!!! They even detailed it when it was done!!!!!! Couldn’t be happier with the experience! Sarah and Josh did a great job. Will take it there again.

Half assed body work, lied too my face, charged me more than double the estimate. Paint was bubbling 1 month after it was painted. Years later all of his body work is rusted completely through. Keep clear of this guy and his business of you don't want to be fleeced.
