MAJOR KUDOS to the service department! I had my ac compressor replaced today, they got me in right away, and I think he's the service manager... he told me he "put his best man on the job". Normally, it would've been a 3 hour job, but it took him just over an hour to get it finished, and now my ac blows such cold air, I actually had to TURN IT OFF after 15 minutes ??. THANK YOU!!! YOU GUYS ARE TERRIFIC!!! Always professional! I would DEFINITELY recommend buying a vehicle from Landmark Chevrolet to ANYONE! The only drawback is that I live in Pennsylvania, and they are located in NY, so it's a bit of a haul for me, but it's always been worth it!

DO NOT GO THERE !!! Bought a car a year ago during one of their special winners events. They told me I was a winner. Got there to find I had won a lottery scratch off. Then got hustled and pressured into buying a vehicle with a $4K extended warranty I did ask for. Payments were too high and they assured me that if I made a few payments and came back I could refinance to get a lower rate. Every time I went in they couldn’t help me or said they would work on it and get back to me. Nothing ever happened. They screwed me over with no remorse. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!

Had a rattle in back of car for at least one year. Took it to 3 different repair shops with no diagnosis. Went to Landmark for my oil change, mentioned rattle. They took time to diagnose problem that day, ordered parts, and scheduled appointment. Noise gone! They were great working with my extended warranty too.

First time going to Landmark Chevrolet instead of Rock City and it was the best decision!! Got my car in within two days, identified the sound that it’s been making for years within 10 mins, replaced the part(s) and did an alignment all within 2 hrs! Super nice people from the guy at the front desk to the mechanic! Will definitely be going back for future car repairs!
