Often times small local businesses go unnoticed and underappreciated. This is sadly one of those times. The titular hairstylist (and proprietor of this fine establishment) is nothing short of a miracle worker. A friendly and engaging conversation is always part of the standard hair cut here. Warm and inviting (and excellently priced to boot) you absolutely cannot go wrong with Luci's.
