This is a great place to do business. The people are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I wanted to buy out my lease, so I met with Brett and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Best experience I've had with a car dealer. I would highly recommend Crossroads Ford.

I called for a quote and follow up calls for an estimate to have trailer hitch on. NOW, if I need a trailer hitch.i aam buying a boat. Losers have not gotten back to me well over a week with follow up call. Service sucks.

I am a very particular person when it comes to buying vehicles. I want EXACTLY what I want. So when I dedided to purchase a truck I searched for a low mileage 21-23 F150 in black with the max tow package. Within that search radius there were a few that popped up but, of course, the one that really caught my eye was 10 hours away. I'm not new to long distance deals so I thought I would reach out to the dealer. I asked that their most detailed oriented person take a look at the truck and let me know of any imperfections. That's where PJ comes in. He promptly answered my inquiry and called me. He walked me through in detail any areas that might be of concern (which there weren't many). I instantly knew this was the truck that I wanted even though it was 600 miles away. PJ was patient as I explored my own financing, although he was super helpful when we eventually financed through one of their lenders.
So with all of the paperwork set, I booked a flight into Albany. The dealership is about 30 minutes away and still has the small town dealer vibe that I love. I was pretty nervous as I got closer to the dealership, because you just never know. Well when I arrived PJ greeted me. They had detailed the truck and parked it inside since it was raining. I took it for a short test drive and was sold. We did the paperwork and I was in and out in less than hour and a half. I was then on my way back to Ohio.
What a wonderful vehicle Crossroads sold me for such a fair price. I ended up with a 21 F150 XLT 302A FX4 4.0 with the max tow package. Oh btw it was Ford Gold Certitied and cheaper than other non certified options with higher miles close to me. I would not hesitate AT ALL about doing another deal with Crossroads Ford. Work with PJ, he was great!
