Taking my truck in for service was overall a spotty experience. Each visit was, at least in part, either a disappointment or a complete waste of my time. For example, I made an appointment several weeks in advance so that a "senior technician" would be available to work on my truck. Despite keeping it overnight they still couldn't figure out that the problem was simply a switch that I was (on the 3rd visit) told has a history of problems.On another occasion I took my vehicle in because of battery issues. Although I'd bought the vehicle "Gold-certified preowned" I was told that the battery wasn't covered under the warranty because it was a "wear and tear" item. I was also told that a replacement would cost over $200. When I discussed this with the service writer he told me that it was the same cost that a local auto parts chain would charge. When I paid the bill I found that, unlike the local store that would install the battery for free, Crossroads charged me another $200+ for labor.Also, when I paid the bill the service writer told me that they recommended having all of the drive train (transmission, differential, transfer case) fluids changed before the truck reached 100,000 miles. At a cost of $1,000. Yikes!During my last (final) trip to Crossroads I asked that the speedometer be re-calibrated to compensate for slightly larger tires that I had put on my truck. The technician that worked on the request told the service writer that it simply couldn't be done. I went home and watched a YouTube video on the subject. I bought some PC software called ForScan for less than $20. I bought a special USB cable to connect my laptop to the diagnosti port on my truck ($60 from Amazon). I was then able to re-calibrate the speedometer myself.With all of these problems (and more), they did do something right: they changed the engine oil and filter.But with the problems that I experienced, would you trust Crossroads for anything beyond an oil change?

Overall I've had a positive experience with the service folks here. My one reservation is that every time without fail when I bring my car in for an inspection they rip the wipers and then I'm forced into purchasing a new pair for the car to pass inspection. This has occurred on 3 separate occasions, each of which the wipers were intact before handing the car over to the shop.

The second I walked into the service Department all the guys were very helpful. My Service Tech Mike was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone we know . Thanks for a great experience.

Always fast and friendly service at Crossroads Ford. We have been customers for 9 years and never had an issue. Friendly and professional staff and knowledgeable service staff. I would highly recommend them!

We had a super experience buying our used vehicle here. We found a used Expedition we were interested in online, called to ask if it was still there which it was, travelled across state lines, test drove it, decided quickly we liked it and had a deal done with our salesperson (Todd) in pretty quick fashion, for the price listed on line, and yes we decided to go for the extra warranty package which I felt was pretty reasonable and was not shoved down our throat . And the whole deal was done right there at his desk. No - 'now it's time to meet the office manager'. Never had a better or easier time getting a vehicle. Got it registered yesterday, inspected today, and can't wait to get to know this SUV better, especially as we travel. Thanks y'all!!

Feel totally ripped off. Went in for wheel alignment, oil change, and inspection. Was charged an extra $100 for the alignment because of older truck. Did a bunch of extra work that probably wasn't absolutely necessary. $2043. Then after three weeks drove the truck home and the brakes locked up twice and something was smoking from the rear end. A miss diagnosis which actually kept the truck out of use for another two weeks for them to figure it out. Never again!

We dealt with PJ Baker, and can honestly say it was the easiest, most stress-free vehicle purchase we have ever made. He answers when you call, calls when he says he will, has the answers you need, and does what he says he will. We highly recommend!!

The Sales department is first rate. Bought a number of cars from them. But unfortunately the service department is going through a number of changes and the ability to get things done in a timely manner isn't what it used to be. If this review was from two years ago it would be a 5.

I was looking for a specifically optioned Ford Edge and found it at Crossroads. The salesman PJ Baker helped me understand the condition of the vehicle and the history as he had sold it new 5 years earlier. Since I live in TX and could not visit the dealership this was valuable information. I purchased it and had it shipped. PJ was thorough and honest in appraisal of the condition. His communication was exceptional. I had a positive experience at Crossroads Ford.
