Worst place ever.Lies have been made,threats are said when came in by a family member to get the persons property back.Have to video your entire time in Ravena cvs or allegations will be made up of lies.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I Witnessed an incredibly inappropriate interaction from Kristen against a customer. Will not be going to this location, and will be sharing this experience with people in the area.

Cannot fill scripts in a timely manner. Script was written for pain after wisdom teeth removal over an hour before arriving to the pharmacy. They did not have it ready and said it would be another 30 minutes. And when I complained about the pain they said “there’s nothing I can do” meanwhile there were 4 people back there working.

Impossible to speak with a pharmacist on the phone. Unecessarily lengthy information when you call. Senior citizens deserve service from medical professionals.

The person in the pharmacy was completely rude and hung up on me when I asked a question about a prescription error. It was important because a prescription was mistakenly sent to them and was filled. That CVS is 35 miles away and in a different county. We don't use CVS. It needed to be resolved but was not due to the hang up after less than a minute. I was being polite.

Although CVS in Ravena is under construction, it was still easy to find the items I needed. At the register the helper over the counter was very very pleasant and helpful and willing to help me even though I was going to use the self check out.

The cashier who checked me out was one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in quite some time. My receipt says her name was Serena. Because I was waiting for my husband to pick me up after my Covid shot, I had occasion to browse about the store for about 45 minutes. In that time I saw the kind and very-patient Serena help several customers find what they were looking for. She had no problem taking them directly to the spot where the item was located. She knew where everything was! She was kind to the seniors and friendly to all. Thank you to Serena for restoring my faith in humanity!

This place is awful. No one ever helps. It is dirty. Staff is not friendly. Very unorganized. Do yourself a favor and go to Kelly’s in Coxsackie. It’s worth driving a little further to have courteous and helpful staff.

Miss rite aid. Always greeted by employees. CVS ignores customers. Can’t get someone to wait on you half the time. Told to use self serve register and half the time there are problems and the employees have to come help you anyway. Pharmacy is more friendly. But shorter hours are terrible.
