I walked into Hi-Tech Advisers today asking if they repaired computers. They quickly responded that they sure do and immediately got to work to see what was going on with my computer. It turned out that my computer's electric panel was not in good condition and the battery was swollen and corroded. They worked hard to select a new computer that matched my needs and my budget. They transferred all of my data and loaded my new computer with programs that I had been wanting. This was all done in one day. I received quick and courteous service. I highly recommend them for anyone's future purchases. Computers, televisions, cell phones, parts and more. I walked in a stranger, and I feel like I made new friends. Super service. Thank you, Joyce, Jessie and Paul Musso.

We recently switched from Verizon to AT&T via Hi Tech Advisors. I cannot say enough great things about this family owned business. We have used Hi Tech Advisors for all of our Satellite needs over the years and have never been disappointed. My husband and I received an offer in the mail for Dish TV. We had been unhappy with the cost of our DIRECTV. We called Hi-Tech Advisors since they offer Dish and are a local family-owned business. We are SO glad we made that call! Joyce, Jesse, and Paul offered us a great experience!After speaking on the phone with the very helpful and knowledgeable Joyce, we decided to make the switch. We went to their office in Ravena and sat down to talk. They felt that we could save $50 per month on satellite. We noticed they are also a T-Mobile dealer. It turned out we could save $65 a month by making that switch. Not easy since we were with AT&T since the 1990s. However, we were able to get two free brand new i-Phones by trading in our old phones with their assistance along with "top tier" service. Plus, T-Mobile is giving us Apple TV and Netflix at no charge. We are saving about $22 per month on Netflix and looking forward to seeing what Apple TV has for us since we are not currently subscribers.In the office, we were talking about all the technology solutions Hi-Tech Advisers offers and it turned out they also have TVs and computers. We were looking to replace our Living room TV for over a year. We just were not looking forward to getting it from a “big box” store. Hi-Tech Advisers had a 55” Sony at a very “sweet” price. We asked if they could mount it on the wall. “Of course!” was the answer.A few days later, Paul and Jesse came to install the Dish TV and deliver our new TV. Paul immediately realized that our wireless did not strongly project throughout the house. It was highly inconsistent and had low upload/download speed away from the router. He suggested a solution. We more than tripled our Internet speed throughout our entire house. Amazing!Hi-Tech Advisers solved our satellite problem, and helped our cellphone and wireless situations, plus they sold us our new 55” TV! They saved us over $140 per month in expenses. It blows me away that such a highly-skilled and personable team is right here in Greene County competing with the “big guys.” We are thrilled to have them nearby for our technology needs! We highly recommend Hi-Tech Advisors!

It was such a pleasant experience working with Hi-Tech advisors! What a difference from Verizon.They went above and beyond and saved us money at the same time. At&t service is superior to Verizon.So glad I stopped in and made the switch!!

Was having trouble with Wi-Fi- called Hi-Tech Advisors- they came right out at the end of their workday and took care of the problem. Wi-Fi is working better than it had in a very long time. As always a very neat professional job. I would highly recommend this family run business. Excellent customer service!

For years of searching for someone to solve my internet issues my search ended with Joyce,Paul and Jesse at High Tech Advisors.I kinda wanted an estimate as to the work after talking to Joyce on the phone describing my problem only to be assured that Paul and Jesse would solve the problem of poor signal to a bldg off my house 50' away.OMG OMG. They quickly looked at my situation and without a minutes hesitation started working running a line from my house to the bldg with absolutely neat work.I know they do cell phone sales and Dish TV and Direct TV but the technical expierience Paul and Jesse displayed as they worked together was like they were human computers using their knowledge of High Speed Internet and transmitting signals to your advantage.When at my home working they are very aware of the time spent working to make sure your work is done neat and clean and as fast as can be done so your invoice will be as low as can be.I can continue with more detailed praise but I'll stop here.You absolutely will not be dissappointed using them for any of your needs.Bennett

Can’t say enough about this locally owned business! Stopped in to inquire about streaming services. Joyce, Jessie and Paul answered all of our questions without hesitation. They asked US what we were looking for, didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed. We also upgraded our phones and switched carriers, all at a substantial savings.
