Second trip out, the installers got both washer/dryer units into a stacked, very tight space, and easily replaced our dryer vent hose, which had apparently been faulty for years. Both Bobs and staff were timely, understanding, and communicative. Will use them for all the upcoming appliance updates at our new home.
