Guy that worked in the store was very rude. Gave me nothing but attitude when I asked him for a 2 1/2 inch Electrical PVC male adapter. Instead of telling me, the store didn’t have any he said he never heard of them before in his life. So I had to drive to Lowe’s and they had a bunch of them! Horrible experience

Guy is always wonderful to deal with!! I bought a new Stihl string trimmer and when I showed up Guy was walking it up to the counter. A quick registration of my product and out the door!! I highly recommend using Ace in Ravena for any hardware related needs!! Thanks again!!!

Drove from Clifton Park to get 2” polyethylene pipe that was listed as in stock. Got here when they opened at 9:00am. They don’t have it and the manager was less than helpful. Told me that his brother ordered it for Julie because she’s building a house. I asked if he would call his brother to see if there is any in the store. He replied that his brother is at camp and he’s not going to call his brother. Then he slammed down his clipboard as if I was offending him. I would not waste time with this store. Very unprofessional and uninterested in the customer.

Walked in the store. I asked the person at register for help finding something. Took my right back to where it was. You can't get that kind of help in big stores.

Called to see if they carry something the girl said let me check. Came back to the phone and said yes. I go there and they don't have it!! She said maybe we sold out of it...I live a minute away!! Prices are through the roof!
