“On vacation, my vehicle had a no start problem. The techs at Hoffman ran down the issue, provided a detailed explanation of all the tests and findings by phone and text. They got my vehicle back to me in two days so I could use it to get home with an on time departure. I could not be happier with their system. With that said, this is not your usual shop. They do not have an office. All work is by appointment only. Appointments are made online. I had my vehicle towed by that well known travel towing company and they knew right where Hoffman is. I had to manually input the address into the online service request for the towing company as Hoffman is not one of their sponsored shops. I would definitely send my vehicle here again.”
