This place is awful! Price gouging, terrible service department! The used vehicle I purchased 7 months ago is needing a new engine transmission work suspension work basically everything on the car is failing. Their agent says it's covered under warranty so what's the problem. Don't go to Ford in Ray brook or Elizabethtown. They rip people off horribly. I had to give 1 star in order to post this but they deserve none.

My wife brought her car here after it wouldn't turn on even with a jump( had previous work and a new batterey less than a year ago for the same issue) they diagnosed it and said it was low voltage so they charged her batterey and said she was good to go, an hour later the car quit working at a stoplight while driving away from the dealership and the general managers answer was well we checked everything which i understand, they might have. I had to have it towed to a separate ford dealership who would look at it, when I called high peaks to get a report of what was done to it sent to the new dealership i was at he told me they had no records of my car and after I told him there was work done to it and the new parts should be under warranty from a separate repair he told me that since it was a 2016 there was no way it was under warranty even though I have Ford Motor Company paperwork for the repair that i was wrong and hung up the phone on me, leaving my wife and 2 kids stranded 1 hour away immediately leaving their dealership....P.S. I would leave 0 stars but the service manager and front desk were nice so cuddos to them, the GM was unhelpful and hung up on me 1 hour after my car broke down leaving his lot.... safe to say I won't be returning....

Honest and reputable dealership and auto shop! Gary is amazing and knowledgeable, he goes above and beyond to fit your needs and get you in a brand new vehicle of your dreams. We just purchased a brand new truck today & we purchased a brand new suv in 2019 both sold to us by Gary. Highly recommended this business and Gary is the guy to see there!

After calling to ask to speak to the service department multiple times I was told they could not be reached and I should expect a call back which I never received. When I spoke to a service representative and told him this was unsatisfactory I was offered no solution to the issue and it was just given a "have a nice day"response.

Brought my car there they've had it for 2 weeks and they didn't fix nothing and I thought they were supposed to be mechanic so no what's wrong with the vehicle so I paid what I owe for labor and I took my vehicle back not very happy never go there again

My wife and I were visiting the Lake Placid area and we were experiencing a problem with our car. I needed professionals and pulled into this dealership and without hesitation they agreed to look at my car as soon as they had somebody available. Kate White was my service advisor and listened patiently to my tale of woe. Fortunately, they were able to resolve the problem with a loose brake caliper bolt and had us on our way in about than thirty minutes. Very impressed that the team made sure to torque the bolts to spec and also the wheel nuts were torqued to my exact specification. Very friendly, helpful and most of all professional.

Made an appointment for a synthetic blend oil change. Provided the VIN at appointment setting. Arrive on time, they change the oil with full synthetic and totally overcharged me the quote I received. The excuse was they looked up what my car takes...which was incorrect and just did what they wanted without permission. Then acted like I was in the wrong. Never again!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went here for a recall that I was told would take 45 minutes and after a hour and a half of waiting I asked someone how much longer it would be because I had to go to work and he walked away without even looking at me or letting me finish what I was saying. When dropping my car off he was rude as well.
