“As we renovate our home, there’s been no shortage of trips to Coakley. The staff has been beyond helpful and wonderful to work with. More specifically, I wanted to take the opportunity to share a situation in which Dawn REALLY came through. On a Saturday, we discovered the new carpet we had on hand wouldn’t cut it for the space we needed completed… which, wouldn’t be an issue, right? However, the space we needed completed was for our baby’s nursery, and she was due weeks from then. Dawn jumped into action, helped us secure quality material that she could get in quickly, and got us an install scheduled right away. Luckily it all worked out as it did, because 10 days after the carpet was installed we had a baby to bring home! Dawn was wonderful, pleasant, and spent a lot of time helping us get the job done. She and her colleagues are top notch, and we are so lucky to have this hardware store in our little town!”
