When I called yesterday I’m sure I was rambling. It’s been a stressful few weeks and now I had an issue with a credit card charge and needed help fixing that. Matthew was so incredibly pleasant. “I have been a customer of the Red Hook branch of Ulster Savings for about 20 years and have always found the employees to be kind, accurate, and very professional. Last month, I needed to make an important payment to a bank located outside of the U.S. Branch Manager Melissa Morrison could not have been more helpful in facilitating the payment, including ensuring the availability of funds on my debit card, converting the foreign currency to U.S. dollars, and alerting their Kingston headquarters to avoid having the transaction flagged as potential fraud. Her starting point is always “How can I help?”, and she means it! I highly recommend Ulster Savings to anyone looking for a friendly community bank that you can rely on for all your financial needs.”
