I'm very surprised by the negative reviews below. Tina was pleasant, and efficient, and she went out of her way to find just the right orchid for my mother's birthday. It was delivered right on-time to my mother's assistant living residence -- and my mother was absolutely delighted. I will definitely call Tina at Bella Fiori again.

Tina is the best! I was having difficulty deciding on the best expression of sympathy for friends over the holidays. She contacted the funeral home several times for information, offered a funeral arrangement when several other area florists were closed for the week, and then suggested other options (and vendors!) when the services didn't warrant flowers. Through phone calls, texts, and voice mail, she generously and selflessly offered her help over Christmas weekend, and she didn't even make a sale. I wholeheartedly recommend Bella Fiori Floral Co!

Tina was wonderful! She was incredibly patient and accommodating to a last minute change to our order and the floral arrangement she created was stunning!

The owner of this shop--I guess, it must be Tina--is very, very, very, very odd. Stay away. She used some sort of voice disguiser device when she finally called me back to "confirm" the details of my order. (Why she needed to do that when I filled out all of the pertinent information on her online order form is beyond. But, okay; can't be too careful these days.) When I told her that it was hard to understand her with the voice disguiser she immediately switched it off. So far, not so good. Prior to speaking to her, I made the innocent mistake of advising her via email that the contact information in her Yelp profile was incorrect. (I thought I was doing her a favor.) She aggressively quizzed me on that and then decided that I must have been trying to sell her on subscribing to Yelp. (Lady, I wasn't trying to sell you anything. I was trying to BUY.) Finally, she refused my order. This woman is, to say the least, paranoid, and perhaps should think about a less public-facing business. Flower delivery is not it. Good luck to her--and to you if you decide to order from her any way. (I must add that I wrote every word of my review before seeing or reading any of the other apparently numerous negative reviews.)

Took 26 hours to get flowers from Rhinebeck to Red Hook for my sister's birthday due to "Dutchess Country Fair traffic" sure glad it wasn't a food delivery. At least she didn't say it was because of Covid

Tina from Bella Fiori is an exceptional florist. Her colorful arrangements will make anyone's day brighter. She has always been nothing but a pleasure to be around and I'm so happy we have crossed paths!! From bright pink flowers to fall like leaves, she will never disappoint. Thank you Tina

Can't leave a zero so I chose 1 star. Please read other reviews. All of the negative comments happened to me and I was told that she has contacted attorneys in case I chose to share our business interaction - which obviously I cancelled. I did not read the reviews 1st. My bad.

I had called Bella Fiori 30 minutes before they closed on my Mother's Birthday. (I meant to call sooner, but the day got away from me) I was calling to have the flowers delivered the next day. When I called they were very honest saying they weren't sure which flowers they would have left being it was Friday and 20 minutes before they had closed. I explained I was not picky and trusted them to make an arrangement with what they had, similar to an image I had picked off their website. My one condition was that it would be beautiful! The woman on the line assured me it would be.

Good morning, I am appealing to all my wonderful customers and asking them to help put a stop to those rare on-line customers that feel the internet is a place where they can hold hostage even the best florist, carpenters, restaurants....Last evening, at 11:40pm, a customer who had no regard for our business hours, called my cell phone to make sure I had received an order for Monday, which was already placed on-line. I answered the phone in a panic, as Philips Lifeline has my cell phone number should something happen to my 89 year old Mother. The woman who called at that very late hour said" Oh, I just expected to leave a message and I explained to her in fear, that I have an ill Mother and she just called after hours at 11:40pm which is the only reason I picked up. She immediately hung up on me and then sent an email accusing me of being rude and threatening to post on-line untrue things about the call, which me phone indicated lasted 39 seconds. Im tired of this non-sense. I think it is obvious who was out of line and I urge GOOGLE to put a stop to the misuse of the web to validate very malicious people who find empowerment in hurting good businesses!!! if your going to allow reviews GOOGLE, you need to remember that the truth should always prevail and that an on-line customer who doesn't respect a business's hours should not be allowed to even evaluate a business. i have given my comment a 5 STAR rating and am reaching out to over 1500 chamber members in my county today to STAND UP against this sort of on-line CYBER BULLYING.

My name is Robert Nadeau and I am a personal assistant for one of Bella Fiori's clients. For the past five years Bella Fiori has regularly provided custom designs for our residence. Her flowers are incredible. She is a pleasure to work with. And she is always reliable. We will soon be moving out of the area. And so, as a thank you for all of Bella Fiori's (Tina's) wonderful work, we post this review.

I've had flowers from Bella Fiori delivered twice. The first time was excellent and without a hitch. In the second, a wrong phone number caused the delivery date to be missed. The shop was wonderful to work with and extremely generous in making things right, and in the end it turned out even better than the original plan. Highly recommended.

I should have read the reviews first. I placed an online order at night (10 p.m. CT). I got an email confirmation that orders sometimes get lost in spam (when has THAT ever happened?) So I called the business line to leave a message to let them know I had placed an order and didn't want it to get lost. I was surprised when someone answered. I told her I expected a voicemail system. She told me that it was 11 p.m. ET, why would I call, that she has a sick mother, etc. I know, lots of retorts possible, but not worth the effort. I hung up and sent a message to cancel my order. Be warned.

Bella Fiori created such a stunning arrangement for my Aunt's birthday. I can't believe how gorgeous and unique the flowers were and it completely exceeded my expectations! The thought, care, time, and attention to detail put into this arrangement really is astounding!

I called in to order flowers for a funeral, and Bella gave me a call back first off asking if I was a solicitor, then I made it known that I called her to inquire about getting flowers ordered, I told Bella that I had already called elsewhere because they took more than 20 minutes to call me back. She came back with, "Oh honey, it's okay. We have over 100 orders of flowers anyway, so I wouldn't be able to help you anyway, don't worry." I was baffled that not only she called me to ask me why I was calling and accusing me of being a solicitor, but then degrading me by calling me honey, then not trying to earn my business, actually quite the opposite- telling me that it's okay that I ordered from elsewhere, because they have enough business. I understand that it is Valentine's Day and florists are very busy, but that is no excuse for being nasty to a potential customer for no reason and to top it off, she hung up on me while I was mid sentence. I am proud to say that I did not buy from Bella Fiori of Rhinebeck and I feel badly for anyone who gave them even a $1.
