CVS REDHOOK Dutchess co. Sunday aug 23 1230 30 min wait at drive thru !! DRIVE THRU OPERATION If wait times will be excessive, tell the customer so they can make better use of THEIR time. Please give better service! The whole town is wondering about your drive thru!!

The shop manager won't assist you getting a CVS card, but without the card you won't get the discount. Very sad.

Worst customer service ever. There are two girls (young) with glasses often at the drive through who never smile, never really help, it always seem like they are bothered by any requests. Zero help. Both of them are super rude. If you don't know how to work in customer service then DON'T and do something that fits you better, so you will do a favor to all the people who needs medicine and attention. If there was a zero star I would have click on that.

I think I still have the same opinion of this place. I was just in here yesterday, taking a super-long look around, having been an Instacart Shopper - and even though this experience wasn't in due part to an order, when I realized nothing was happening for this store at that particular moment last night, I popped in and took a extended look around. I found this place still to be clean, and the employees in there to be clear. I was wearing my Instacart lanyard - though I had no order, but was hoping for one in the meantime. I went in there to just look heavily around to see exactly where most of the items would be located. But once I got in there and found a few things I myself needed (combs and a desk mirror), I changed my opinion and added some shopping there instead. I knew prices would be high(er) than most places, but there were just some things other stores seldom carry (which can be found quickly) that were easy to stick in my cart. The only problem was in checkout, and that one problem was my own fault. I took care of making a second purchase, but after taking out and paying for most of the items in my cart, I didn't see the combs in my wagon and ended up making the second purchase. The employee thanked me for being honest (I pride myself in honesty) and even told me something she shouldn't have told me (which I really shouldn't repeat in this review). I'm sorry that it was my mistake - I'm generally not like that. Still liking that this place provides digital receipts, but everytime I go in, I find that employees keep asking if I'd like to add my email onto my account, even though after the purchase it tells the employees it been added and the receipt gets sent.

Quick and professional. Anything that isn't prescription will be expensive if it isn't on sale with the CVS card.

The head pharmacist at this pharmacy was extremely discriminatory towards my mental illness. She talked down to me and accusatory that I actually needed my meds. Meanwhile I was trying to pick up an emergency dose of my bipolar medication because I was to sick to go home. She was rude to me and then was rude to my doctor who called in my medicine. She talked back to him that I didn't even need the meds he was calling in. This woman treated me like an addict. This is unacceptable. I am severely mentally ill, I need to be supported, not treated like I'm some soulless junkie. Never coming back. Awful.
