Change of ownership. Called and was told they'd be happy to top off my 30lb RV propane tanks and charge per gallon. Took my tanks in and was then told they would charge a flat rate regardless of how much propane they put in to top them off - why... because I had removed them from my camper rather than bringing in my entire camper! I clarified that if I went home, put the tanks on my camper, and then brought the exact same tanks in, now attached to a 55 ft long truck/camper combo that that would top off and charge by the gallon - and was told yes they would be happy to do that. I told them they were wasting my time and walked out. First of all, that makes no sense - why would I pay for 60lbs of propane when you only give me maybe 25lbs? Second, get your stories straight! Company is now owned by Combined Energy Services. No longer locally owned. BTW, Tractor Supply top off by the gallon, they were very helpful and charged me only for only the propane I received.

What a decline in service since the days of G & S....from billing issues to deliveries that didn't arrive for weeks, to broken fleet vehicles (more delivery issues), to a plethora of additional fees and surcharges throughout the years. Every successive year I find myself vowing to cut more firewood for the upcoming season. The newest sale to Taylor seemed to multiply the issues. That being said, I've never dealt with an employee that wasn't polite, but that doesn't really make up for the headaches through the years.

Freedom Propane was always great! Since it has been sold to Taylor it is absolutely horrible. I prepaid almost $1,500.00 back in the fall, I have had 1 delivery and that was 2 months ago. I'm at 10% I have been calling them for a delivery, one person said ok they will be there that day, never showed up now it's Friday, then another person tells me oh you're scheduled for delivery on Saturday. I questioned it because it was a weekend. She assumed me they would deliver. So fast forward to Monday still no delivery. I called AGAIN.... was told maybe today or tomorrow.i said that was totally unacceptable I was lied to twice. So yes your service had gone to crap. You would think someone who prepays would be at the top of the list. I asked to talk to the owner, the girl told me he probably won't call you back that's why he has us in the office. That's bad management.

Great service. I ran out of propane (my fault). Got me propane quickly and also I asked to install a propane sensor with wifi. This was very reasonably priced with the install. I would highly recommend Freedom propane.I had spoken with Sarah and she is very patient and understanding and professional.

I called for a propane refill and they also decided it was time to get us a new tank, too. Maurice and Logan quickly switched in a new tank and were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout.

I called in advance to have new service to a home I just purchased. Maurice and Daimyn came, super prompt, friendly and fast. Michelle in the office was a delight and everything went so smooth. I know this is how it should be, but I have used ( and worked for ) another company and have seen a few nightmares! They will be back to set up a new fireplace and possible an on demand hot water heater. Looking forward to their professionalism and being treated like a valued customer!

We lost our heating on a weekend night, and thankfully with freedom propane emergency services we were able to get someone to come to the house right away and evaluate. When it came to fixing our boiler, Maurice and Logan came in a middle of a snowstorm to fix it. They were both very friendly, helpful, and professional. We are very pleased with the service freedom propane provided.
