Hill‑n‑Hollow Farm Market is a great place with really nice people and a real deal farm where everything is made on site. It offers an incredible selection of local meat and produce, fresh steaks, fresh eggs, sausage, and raw milk that is accessible and worth checking out. Prices are good and the owner is very nice. Customers love the kitty cat who meets them when they park. The market is amazing, friendly, and a great find for anyone in the area.
Absolutely awesome family owned farm, where you can get delicious cuts of meat, as well as the only kind of milk that fresh mozzarella can be made from! Bucky and Wendy are a wonderful cornerstone of the Red Hook community, and Hill n Hollow is an awesome farm. You'll love the goodies in the store, including the freshest milk anywhere. Bucky also delivers garden soil to our home and is the friendliest farmer I know. SO lucky to have Hill n Hollow in our community!

Excellent steaks. Sausage was also amazing. The raw milk is worth it checking out. I’ll be stopping back next time I’m in the area.
