I can't recommend Kindermusik enough. My daughter started at 9 weeks old (is now 3) and continuing on at the studio. I very much equate her early musical development to this studio and the fantastic teachers. They are equally entertaining (keeping small children engaged is tough!) and educational as they sprinkle in science-backed tidbits within the class for parents. We look forward to it every week!

Kindermusik is the highlight of our week! Miss Beth and Miss Katie-Beth are phenomenal teachers. They do an excellent job teaching the parents about childhood development, while also making class so much fun for babies (and grown ups too). The songs have become part of our everyday routine.

We love Kindermusik so much! The teachers create such a welcoming environment. My son looks forward to it every week and plays “music class” at home, too. He has a very special bond with the teachers and has made life long friends. He’s learned important skills like sharing, taking turns, cleaning up, and how to keep a steady beat (and fine and gross motor skills). I’ve learned great parenting skills there, too! It’s such a special bonding time together, too. He’s gone since he was 6 months old. He’s about to be 3. I credit Kindermusik for his amazing growth. He is so verbal, polite, kind, friendly, and brave- open to meeting new people snd resilient when something doesn’t go as planned.

Beth and Ms. Katie Beth are truly wonderful teachers—they make learning fun, encourage creativity, and create such a positive space for the kids to grow. Amelia and Benjamin have both gained confidence, musical skills, and a genuine love of music thanks to their classes. They look forward to “na na na” every week!

I can't say enough great things about our experience at Kindermusik. Both of my kids, and I, look forward to going every week. I have learned so much about infant/toddler development and how to engage with them and help them navigate the world around them from Miss Beth and Miss Katie-Beth. The kids are always excited to go and have so much fun. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been going to Kindermusik since we moved to Rhinebeck when she was 9mo old. She absolutely loves it! The teachers are all so great with the kids. The structure & flow is so great. And the advice they give is also so helpful. Highly recommend for all the little kiddos.

My grandson and I are in our second year of Kindermusik classes. Miss Beth, Miss Katie Beth, and Miss Bieje are enthusiastic and caring teachers who are very knowledgeable about child development. Their fun and lively song, music, story, and movement activities teach sharing, turn taking, following directions, transitions, and language concepts, while fostering cooperative peer interactions and friendships.

Miss Beth, Alissa, and Eleni are an amazing team of educators for both children and parents. The studio is always clean and welcoming, feeling more like home than a classroom. Through singing, dancing, and instrument play babies and toddlers learn and parents discover how kids learn. My children always have looked forward to kindermusik day! We listen to the music at home on a regular basis and use our home learning materials too. So highly recommended!

From the time my son was born I heard great things about Beth and Kindermusik. I was told she had a wonderful way with children and she shared tips and insight during the class. I have literally taken ever single music class in the area and no one has the insight into the child brain as Beth does. It was our Kindermusik experience that made me decide to take the 8 week discipline course. I took it with my husband who was VERY VERY skeptical. He felt it might be time to introduce spanking or time-outs. But one class and he was a believer. It's based on science and research and my practical husband would get behind that idea. Beth showed us a better way and we are so thankful. It was helpful to go together, it was a built in date night for 8 weeks and we are on the same page for parenting which is great. I think all parents, caregivers and teachers should take this course, it has helped us so much.

My boys absolutely love Kindermusik with Miss Beth & Friends. It’s become a part of our daily lives, whether listening in the car or at home, playing with the instruments and at home materials or attending our weekly classes. I couldn’t imagine parenting without all the useful developmental tools, games and techniques that Kindermusik has given us. We Love Kindermusik!

"Simply the best investment I made in parenting"Have you ever wondered how to “get” your child/children to get into a routine, listen to you, and all while neither you nor your child loses your cool? Well, so did I, until I realized I was asking close to the right questions. Pathways to Learning helped educate me and my husband about early childhood development, including brain states, language development, and the most important principle of parenting—connection. Studying under renowned teacher Beth Anspach helped me harvest the empowering moments from my own childhood, and this study also helped me face what was less than helpful in my own upbringing. Through careful introspection, my husband and I realized better ways to connect with our now two year old daughter. We found her more engaged, and we also found ourselves more connected to her and to each other. Not long after starting a series of evening classes, my husband and I noticed positive ripples spreading from our parenting relationship to our marriage, our extended family communications, and even our workplace relationships. As a mother, I speak more kindly to myself now, which I always knew I should do, but I never knew how. We all have the capacity to be mindful, empowering, and limit-setting parents. Beth has the keys to unlock that capacity with all the potential you bring to each class, study on your own, and practice at home and beyond. Try a single workshop if you like before committing to an entire series. The series of classes is quite simply the best investment I have made in my family.

I strongly believe that my family has benefited greatly from Beth's Conscious Discipline classes. Because of the classes I have grown as a person as well as a parent. I believe everyone would be better off by learning about Conscious Discipline as soon as possible, but I also believe that it is never too late to reframe what it means to discipline and what our job is as parents. Beth is supportive, understanding, and meets people wherever they are. Parents aren't made to feel they are doing things wrong, just supported in their effort to find a more effective method. I tell everyone I know to sign up for the series, or at least a workshop, even if everything is perfect with their kids right now, because Conscious Discipline is much more than a way to fix problems with children.
