I had such a nice experience with Matthew from the call center yesterday and today that I just had to leave a review.
When I called yesterday I’m sure I was rambling. It’s been a stressful few weeks and now I had an issue with a credit card charge and needed help fixing that. Matthew was so incredibly pleasant. He listened patiently as I rambled (I’m sure he didn’t need to know every detail of past few weeks LOL). He was super kind in not only helping me with the issue at hand, fixing a whole other issue I wasn’t expecting him too. Good customer service deserves recognition. Any company would be lucky to have someone like him representing them. Give him a raise. I hope next time I call I get Matt and if I don’t I may ask for him. Thanks Matt!

I have called a couple of times to contact an associate at the bank, they transferred it to me and they never answer me. I think the service is very poor and they are not interested.

I have banked with them for some time now, a few loans paid off in full and all of a sudden I get treated badly when I'm trying to explain the situation . The guy has a very feminine voice was screaming at me on the phone as I'm trying to explain to him he did not give me a chance to tell him the situation Meanwhile my money is being held for no reason because it was a mishap that happened the month before also and I'm being charged for an over draft that shouldn't even be . I'm now about to change Banks due to the rude treatment that I receive . I believe you treat people the way you would like to be treated and I don't feel like giving my money away . This is not the first time I have had a problem with this man I recommend you go to another bank where you are treated as equal not like they are better than the customer. I can tell you I had friends that were working in the bank and they did not come from anywhere but the slums so that don't make you any better bank teller or not .. signed won't rob me anymore

As a customer of Rhinebeck Bank I have been extremely satisfied with their services.They have saved me money years ago by notifying me about a low cost option to refinance my mortgage.Last week, after submitting the Payroll Protection Plan application for my business on my behalf, I received the full amount a week later.I am grateful for their professionalism and efficiency in meeting my banking needs and the personal service they have provided.

Sent my teenage son with a check from my Rhinebeck Bank checking account which was allowance money he earned. Rhinebeck Bank took $5 from him to cash a check from their bank! Stealing from the children of account holders is shameful if not illegal. He could have went to a sleezy check cashing store and paid half that. Disgusting.

Sent my teenage son with a check from my Rhinebeck Bank checking account and he was charged $5 to cash the bank's own check! This bank is robbing money from kids and the working class. Shameful if not illegal.
